Spot clean house with hreat amenities including a pool. The owner allowed us to celebrate my special event. All guests were impressed and pleased with the facilies

Beautiful home in the hills of Puerto Rico. It was extremely private, well stocked, and full of amenities.Neighborhood was calm and it was easy to get in and out of Luquillo or San Juan.Host was responsive and gave us some tips on our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Very peaceful and quiet. The pool was great, kids were in it every day. Had a couple power issues, as is expected on the island, but the backups worked great. Host was very quick to respond and very helpful. Definitely recommend the villa if you're looking to get away and relax.

We absolutely loved staying at this property!A few highlights for us:-Great location! - close enough to San Juan right at the edge of El Yunque! Secluded enough to feel like a getaway, but not enough where you're like scared & in the middle of nowhere haha.-Updated modern feel to the home spacious enough for a group of 9!-Stunning outdoor space views, we genuinely spent more time sitting outside at the patio pool then we did indoors.-Great communication from the Host - made sure we had everything we needed & checked in without being overbearing either.-Back up automated generator on the property so if the power goes out you're good! (Didn't happen to us personally but felt good knowing it was there)Overall was a really positive experience for us & definitely made the trip a lot more enjoyable for us overall.

Relaxing and entertaining

We had an amazing stay at this property in Río Grande! The house was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our group of 12. The pool and grill area were a dream,great for relaxing and entertaining. The hosts went above and beyond, even offering a party bus and yacht rental that made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fun, comfort, and great service in Puerto Rico!

Amazing house with awesome amenities

My husband and friends and I all stayed very comfortably in this amazing place. We spent most of the time touring around the island but did have some extended breaks at the house. Loved the pool and grill which we used quite a bit. Overall, highly recommend staying here for however long you’re in Puerto Rico.

Wonderful house that fit the 7 of us very well. The outdoor space and setting was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the covered porch. The host was very good at communication and responding to questions. We had a stove that had an issue and they took care of that quickly for us and made sure we were happy. You will not regret this place! Views and location were great. We visited the national forest for hiking, went to multiple different beaches and went to San Juan all easy drives from the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s home! She was an excellent host. Friendly, helpful, and clear in her communication from beginning to end. She made the entire process easy and gladly provided recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, and places to visit.The home was clean, comfortable, cool, and had everything our group of seven needed for a week long stay. A few minor areas could use some TLC, but nothing took away from our overall experience.The private pool and location on the eastern side of Puerto Rico were the biggest highlights. The weather was extremely hot, so the pool was the perfect place to cool off without bringing sand back into the house. The kids especially loved it.The location was very convenient. Walmart was about 10 minutes away, with other supermarkets even closer. Luquillo Beach was about 20 minutes away, the airport 30 minutes, Old San Juan 40 minutes, and El Yunque National Forest only 10 minutes away. Route 187 was also a beautiful scenic drive with plenty of local food spots to try and leads all the way to San Juan and back.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again!

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful countryside home in Río Grande, Puerto Rico! The property is peaceful, super clean, and surrounded by nature. The pool was absolutely perfect for our little kids — safe, clean, and just steps away from the house. We also loved how close everything was — the rivers, beaches, El Yunque, and great local restaurants are all within a short drive.The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really feel the love and care that goes into maintaining this place. It’s the perfect spot for families who want to relax and enjoy Puerto Rico’s natural beauty.We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Stay

Our stay at this beautiful home in Puerto Rico was absolutely perfect! The house was spacious, clean, and comfortably accommodated our group of 12 with room to spare. Every bedroom was well-appointed and the common areas were ideal for gathering and relaxing.The pool was definitely the highlight — crystal clear, surrounded by tropical greenery, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy all day long. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool, grilling, and enjoying the island breeze.The location was also ideal: peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth, enjoyable stay.

Nicole was absolutely amazing! Whenever we had questions or needed help with small inconveniences she was quick to respond. She made sure we were taken care of and did everything possible to help us enjoy our stay. Will definitely be coming back and I recommend her to anyone looking for a cozy stay in Rio Grande!
