Hacienda Margarita—Private Pool Spacious Home with VIEWS!

This is our personal home that we have owned since 1997. We did not purchase it as a rental business. You are going to enjoy all of the comforts and relax in our large 4 bedroom home, full A/C and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Well-maintained PRIVATE HOME located in Hacienda Margarita - a beautiful gated community with security. Located between Luquillo and Fajardo.
Spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and El Yunque Rain Forest. 5 minute drive to several spectacular beaches (including several surf beaches). 65" TV, WI-FI, cable and a full size pool table. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE! No noise/swimming after 10pm. Must be respectful of neighbors.

2400 sq ft home has two fabulous balconies, one covered, the other with 800 square feet of space and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach!

Community space has Tennis (with Pickleball lines--we have a net available upon request), Basketball, Large pool for lap swimming, and playground.

In addition to private pool with beach towels--Pool table, Cornhole, and games/puzzles.

2nd Bedroom: Queen Size Bed
3rd Bedroom: Queen Size Bed
4th Bedroom: King Size Bed
2 Pullout twin chair/beds in living room on main floor.
Additional Bathroom in hallway for 3 bedrooms

Kitchen has cooktop range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, wine cooler, Vitamix and complete kitchen supplies.

Close to the El Yunque Rain Forest. Take a day and travel to Old San Juan to enjoy the city and the forts and the Bacardi rum factory. Great restaurants are only minutes away.

This home is the perfect location to enjoy all the activities of Puerto Rico. The community is quiet and peaceful. Unusually large home lots for Puerto Rico provides privacy and peacefulness. Watch the cruise ships pass by during the evening. Enjoy all the water sports during the day and then come home to relax on the deck!

Private chef services available at an additional charge.
No Swimming/Pool Use after 10:00pm, Not a party house. 10 guests maximum. Must be respectful of neighbors. No smoking allowed/$250 if rule violated. Solar system with Tesla battery backup for any power blips.
Pool serviced weekly. Skimmer net available.

our stay was wonderful ! The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Every bedroom opened onto a porch with breathtaking views of the mountains ,and the ocean. The scenery was absolutely spectacular. It handled 9 of us with no problem. the kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed the host was incredibly helpful, answered all of are questions right away. We absolutely loved this place and would highlyrecommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway. We can't wait to comeback

Connie, the host, was marvelous and had great vacation ideas to help enhance our trip. The place was incredible and in a super great neighborhood. The pool was impressive, but not as impressive as the views from the back patio. Overall, we loved staying here and would definitely consider coming back for our next trip! Thank you again!

Hacienda Margarita is a BEAUTIFUL home! You will not regret booking. The home was very clean and Connie was a GREAT host. She was very helpful and always quick to respond. The view of the rain forest and ocean are beautiful!

Absolutely wonderful home. Short drive to Luquillo beach/kiosks and Fajardo. Incredible views of the ocean. So well stocked with everything that all we had to buy was food. Pool table was a huge hit with the teens. Property was clean and owners were incredibly responsive. Would book again 100%.

Wonderful place, exactly at described. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Make sure to try the private chef - simply an amazing g experience.

This home was spectacular and Connie was the best host I’ve ever experienced. The views of the rainforest and ocean are incredible along with the yard for teen boys to run and play. The home itself had lots of areas to congregate and get privacy. As others have mentioned it was incredibly well stocked with kitchen items, toys, outdoor items and supplies like detergent and first aid kits. We also loved the location and neighborhood. I’d return in a heartbeat!

The host was amazing. They had everything you would want including extra beach towels even though we filled the place to capacity. There were plenty of dishes to serve multiple meals. Beach charis and other beach toys. Dishwasher and washer and dryer got a lot of use with our big group. Well stocked kitchen with all the starters (coffee, creamer, etc.) Safe neighborhood. Hostess was very communicative and understanding. Couldn't have been better.

Beautiful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The view is beautiful and my kids loved the pool. It's a great location. Short drive to lots of attractions. They had lots of beach towels which was great for our family.

Awesome house!

The house is absolutely stunning and has all the essentials and family type will need. The pool and outdoor dining area are the highlights of the home. The beds were all extremely comfortable and nice and cool with each having their own AC unit. I will definitely book here again.

Wonderful home with rainforest & ocean view

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Beautiful view from the house and the pool and backyard was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and the location was close to rainforest, beach & marina for boat excursion.

The house was perfect for our family. It was large enough to comfortably accommodate all 7 of us. The view is magnificent. The house is a destination itself. We really enjoyed the pool and meals on the lanai. Connie was very communicative, her recommendations and suggestions were much appreciated!!

Amazing home!

This home and the views were everything described and more! We had a larger group but there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was in good proximity for all of the activities we had planned. Connie gave great recommendations. Hope to be back!

Absolutely Perfect

I cannot say enough about our stay in Luquillo at Connie’s rental. The location was close to literally everything we wanted to do and a short easy drive to the airport. The house has every amenity you could imagine from an abundance of beach towels, floaters and even a yoga mat! The bed was so comfortable, the views were incredible and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely book this property! Can’t wait toBe back again!

Beautiful Relaxing stay in Luquillo

We had a wonderful trip to Luquillo. House had newly renovated kitchen, awesome swimming pool and was close to beach. Owners were very responsive when the air conditioning stopped working and super helpful and flexible.

Thank you so much for choosing our home! It’s always fun for us when people from the Pacific Northwest make it to Puerto Rico! We prefer it over Hawaii… Most people don’t even think about the Caribbean when they live on the west coast.

Great location and family home

We had a wonderful time in this home. Plenty of room for the 7 of us and the kids enjoyed the pool. Close to the beach and restaurants and the neighborhood was very nice. My sister and I enjoyed walking the hills in the neighborhood loop in the morning.

Everything you need is there! This property was perfect for our group of 10. The views were amazing. It is so close to the waterfall and Luquillo beach. I'd recommend this place to others.

Wonderful!

The property, the location, the host...it was all wonderful! The home was clean, stocked, well-maintained, and perfect for our group of 8 adults/late teens. Connie was resposive and very helpful. We enjoyed the activities, beaches, and restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in PR!
