Hacienda Margarita—Private Pool, Amazing Views, Pickleball, Large Home!

As of 9/15/25 bed configuration will be King/Queen/Queen/King. Plus 2 twin sleeper chairs on main floor.

Spend your vacation relaxing in a spacious 4 bedroom home, full A/C and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Well-maintained PRIVATE HOME (not condo) located in Hacienda Margarita - a beautiful gated community with security. Located between Luquillo and Fajardo.
Spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and El Yunque Rain Forest. 5 minute drive to several spectacular beaches (including several surf beaches). 65" TV, WI-FI, cable and a full size pool table. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE! No noise/swimming after 10pm. Must be respectful of neighbors.

This 2400 sq ft home has two fabulous balconies, one covered, the other with 800 square feet of space and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach!

Community space has Tennis (with Pickleball lines--we have a net available upon request), Basketball, Large pool for lap swimming, and playground.

In addition to private pool--Pool table, Cornhole, and games/puzzles.

Brand new kitchen renovation completed May 2023. Kitchen has cooktop range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, wine cooler, Vitamix and complete kitchen supplies.

Short drive to Culebra and Vieques ferries. Close to the El Yunque Rain Forest. Only 34 miles from Old San Juan hosting El Morro and San Cristobal forts, and the old city. Great restaurants are only minutes away.

This home is the perfect location to enjoy all the activities of Puerto Rico. The community is quiet and peaceful. Unusually large home lots for Puerto Rico provides privacy and peacefulness. Watch the cruise ships pass by during the evening. Enjoy all the water sports during the day and then come home to relax on the deck!

Amazing House & Views!

Just returned from an amazing stay at Connie’s home in PR. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views breathtaking. Connie is a wonderful host, very responsive to any questions we had, even FaceTimed us to help with a TV issue! The home is stocked with everything you could ever need for an amazing stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone. We will definitely be back!

The property, the location, the host...it was all wonderful! The home was clean, stocked, well-maintained, and perfect for our group of 8 adults/late teens. Connie was resposive and very helpful. Wonderful home with rainforest & ocean view

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Beautiful view from the house and the pool and backyard was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and the location was close to rainforest, beach & marina for boat excursion.

Beautiful Relaxing stay in Luquillo

We had a wonderful trip to Luquillo. House had newly renovated kitchen, awesome swimming pool and was close to beach. Owners were very responsive when the air conditioning stopped working and super helpful and flexible.

Unbelievable views and great location.

The house was exactly as pictured with stunning views, great swimming pool and every amenity you could possibly need. The large covered patio next to the pool was just perfect for sitting in the shade but still enjoying the views. The location was close to town, very easy to get to the beach or shopping or restaurants. Can’t wait to stay there again!

2024 family vacation to PuertoRico

The house was beautiful, great setup. It had everything. Plenty of space for our large group and safe neighborhood. The host had everything needed at the home. Plenty of activities on the Property and many supplies for the beach as well. Just wish they were less strict with not parties. Should allow families get togethers. Connie the host was always communicated when needed. Besides that they are a wonderful place to stay.

Great house in fantastic location

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and we could not have stayed in a better house. It is perfectly located with easy access to Luquillo, Fajardo and the rainforest in El Yunque. It is also fully stocked with the necessities for a day at the beach or just a lazy day hanging around the pool enjoying the amazing views of El Yunque and the beach. Our family travels frequently in and out of the country and this is one of the top spots we have visited.

Great stay over the holidays!

The owner Connie is fantastic to communicate with and quick to respond. She provided information on activities, beaches, dining, etc. The house was very clean and spacious, the outdoor table and patio area provide a great spot to hang out by the pool. This is the most stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, plus yard games, towels, coolers, high chair, pack and play etc. This was a great choice for our family of 5 (4 adults, 1 baby), we would absolutely stay again! We worked with chef Mari Blanca who lives in the neighborhood for some great meals she provided, highly recommended!

Beutiful property overlooking El Yunque and the Ocean

Took a trip with my family and my friends family. We had kids ranging from 1 to 13 and adults. This property was beautiful and was great for families and friends. Was close to San Juan, El Yunque, the beaches and ferry to Vieques. The property owner Connie was very helpful, easily reachable and brought up things we hadn't considered like the USDA check process at the airport. Would highly recommend this location!

Wonderful property and host!

Connie was a terrific communicator from the very beginning and clearly invested in ensuring we had a great experience. And we sure did! The house and kitchen are better appointed than any in our experience and nothing is lacking. (Eg Vitamix, lots of beach towels, boogie boards, etc.) The home is so comfortable in every way, and the pool was such a treat. There is also a larger lap pool in the complex which was an unexpected bonus. The location was ideal for us with outstanding beaches and hikes. Would highly recommend! Thanks, Connie!

We love this place....

This place is Amazing Clean Big Comfy Plenty of room big terrace with a nice gas grill hammocks and a awesome Infiniti pool... Exceptional house and view

I think we had the best view in the whole neighborhood. I loved that it was gated, gave a sense of security. Neighbors were nice. Had a wonderful view of the rainforest, beach and still able to dip in the pool at the house. Great communication with the host and cleaner and was able to get an issue resolved really quickly. My family had a wonderful time in the house. Loved it!

Hacienda Margarita

This was a wonderful vacation and a wonderful location. The house was perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay. I am already thinking about my return trip! Beautiful view, the pool was great, the house was huge. We had everything we needed. Plus there were things for the beach which was so helpful! We didn't have to buy beach umbrella's or beach chairs. Connie thought of everything! I give this vrbo 100 stars!!!!!

Neighborhood is a beautiful, established area with long time residents. Houses all sit on roughly 1 acre. Lovely neighborhood in a great area close to the best beaches on the island.
