Had a wedding in the area and it worked out great for an extended weekend stay. had one small housekeeping issue when we go there but Kevin was excellent and very prompt getting it taken care of. I would recommend staying there if you are in the area.

Enjoyed stay. Beds down stairs were hard and caused lack of sleep. Could use bed toppers. Would stay again.

Wonderful property with a great outdoor space. The property is clean and well kept. The hosts are helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend if in the Geneva area.

The house was nice and clean. Kevin responded immediately to all our concerns. Beds were comfortable, although a little high to get into. The problem we had was yellowjackets in the downstairs bathroom and bedroom. Kevin came over and addressed the issue but it didn’t eliminate the problem. My friend ended up getting stung the next day. My bedroom was upstairs and I had no problems. Would I stay there again—NO since I am allergic and carry an EpiPen. If I was stung I would have had to go to the ER. The yellowjackets are a problem that needs to be totally taken care of immediately.

Excellent facility! Very clean, comfortable beds, great location along the western shore of Seneca Lake up near Geneva. Quiet as a whisper. Great communication from the owner. Recommend highly.

Very clean cottage with a prefect view of Seneca Lake. The cottage is about 4 miles from Hobart and William Smith College. The only negative is the showers don’t have grab bars and the steps are tricky for those with mobility issues. There was one other oddity with the mirror over the bathroom sink. Many will need a step stool to be able to use it since it is very high up on the wall. Otherwise, perfect!

Minor snafu when we first arrived but it was quickly remedied by the host. Property was in a good location and I would stay with this host again.

We had no heat but the property owner did everything he could and did bring space heaters, but this should have been checked before we arrived. Also the listing stated there was a fireplace and there was not. It was a beautiful setting and cozy house.
