Spacious house with a great view of the lake. We had our three young children with us, and it was perfect. Used the kayaks and pedal boat almost every day, and the wood burning fireplace was an added bonus!

The property fit our needs well. We had 4 adults and our 2 year old granddaughter in our group. The bedrooms were good size and the beds were comfortable. The views from the decks were wonderful and we were treated to some great sunrises. We traveled to Watkins Glen State Park and spent time at some of the wineries. Overall we had a great time with our son and his family.Bill Simon

A beautiful lakeside home - exactly as advertised. The deck and the private beach were especially impressive. One of our most enjoyable VRBO stays. The host was extremely responsive and welcoming. Thank you!

Beautiful vista from this gem of a property. We enjoyed our stay, in spite of the crazy weather. The rooms and beds were cozy and found everything else we needed in the home. Our host was kind and gracious. Thanks, Jim!

Kitchen was well stocked, house was very accommodating and comfortable (perfect for two couples) and lake view was amazing. Very conveniently located to many wineries, eateries and activities.

This property was located right on Seneca Lake and provided excellent views of the lake and easy access to local attractions. The only disappointment was that the private beach wasn't accessible due to extremely high water levels in the lake. The property was clean and though others commented that the furniture was older we found it charming. Beds in both bedrooms were comfortable and had very nice linens. James, the host lived right next door and he and his dogs came over to welcome us when we arrived. Thank you for a very nice stay. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful property, the views were amazing. The private beach was just perfect! Really a gem. I will love to stay here again. Also, I love the fact that this place had 2 bathrooms, that I had my own bathroom in the primary bedroom

We had a fantastic stay at the Serenity house! It was a wonderful getaway for our family. The house had beautiful views of the lake and we enjoyed soaking in the scenery. It had all of the amenities needed and more. James was a wonderful host and we look forward to our next visit.

Great experience.

We loved the property, and Jim was a fantastic host. The kitchen is well stocked, everything you need to cook, which we always do. Great deck views, great dock, and so many things to do nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay!

Jim was a great host and very responsive. The home was clean, quiet, comfortable and well-stocked. We enjoyed campfire smores on the private beach. Close to many great wineries and breweries.

Great Spot On The Lake

Overall the property exceeded expectations. Plenty of room for two couples or a family. Everything we needed was there from the grill to the fire pit to the lake access. Very enjoyable getaway!
