The house is furnished with guests' comfort a priority and several recent upgrades. Enjoy the sun room, deck or dock, then take the canoe or kayaks for a paddle on the water or go for a swim off the dock. Minutes from Sampson State Park with a boat launch, playground and hiking trails. Enjoy several wineries and a brewery just up the road or head out on the Seneca and Cayuga Wine trails.

The property could use a little upgrade, but other than that it was perfect! I’ve never been in a rental cottage that had a better equipped kitchen! The beds are comfortable. We appreciated it being dog friendly. Overall, we had a great week.

This was our second time staying at Sandra & Greg's beautiful Seneca Lake cottage, and it was again AMAZING! The location is perfect, with gorgeous views, close to so much, and with great lake access for fishing, swimming, and kayaking/canoeing. We hope to stay again a third time next year!

Had a very enjoyable week on Seneca Lake. The weather was very good and the accommodations were excellent with everything needed being there. Granddaughter and her friend had a great time kayaking and tubing. Very nice area for swimming however if serious about fishing you should have a boat to get out to deeper water. All in all a very relaxing week.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is right on Seneca Lake. Proximity to wineries, breweries and restaurants offers options for anyone in your group. The thing we enjoyed most was sitting on the dock and watching the sunset each night. You’ll also want to look for the resident eagles and ospreys.

Interior was clean with newer kitchen appliances. Everything necessary to cook and grill. A/C was working overtime with the high temps but kept the house and all the rooms cool. Dock provided a great place to relax and swim.

Check in was a breeze and host was very helpful with this process.Mixed review on cleanliness. Outdoor had lots of spider webs on deck and front of house as you enter. Kitchen, bathrooms and eating area very clean and well stocked. We cooked everyday and found everything we needed. We also used the grill which had plenty of propane.Carpeted areas and upholstered furniture could have been cleaner.Beds were comfortable and linens provided including towels.Washer and dryer were great Access to lake great.Appreciated the kayaks and lifejackets that were available.My family had a great time. So much to do in the area.Washer

We completely enjoyed this property and location in general. We were there for a week and had never been to the Finger Lakes before. We loved being right on the lake. The house was well stocked. It was a nice location for us. We also felt access to most things we planned to do was perfect.

Our stay was so enjoyable. The sunsets were amazing from the deck, beach and sunroom. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking every day. We took day trips to local wineries and breweries. The cottage was stocked with linens, kitchen necessities and more. This is a perfect place for a couple or a family.

Wonderful place to stay

We were a group of 6 and really enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of room for all of us. The view from the home is amazing and we enjoyed the fire pit both nights. We would stay here again! Thanks for a great place to stay.

Great lakefront stay close to wineries

We had a great time at the house for a long weekend. An easy drive to places of interest including several wineries and the town of Geneva. It was great to be right on the water with amenities provided like kayaks, beach gear, a fire pit, and more. Would stay again!
