Private Cottage Close to SoFi, Beaches, LA and OC

This lovely 1-bedroom cottage in Long Beach can be yours for a night or a month. Located close to the port, and cruise lines. You will be centrally located with close access to freeways that takes you straight to SoFi stadium, just 19 miles, or downtown LA.

You will have a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with working fireplace, a large comfy Cal King bed, and an outdoor private patio.

The house is located in an urban setting that is diverse and colorful. Since we are close to the port, there are times of the day when trucks are near by and can be noisy to sensitive ears.

Once you are settled you will find the property to be cozy and comfortable with my favorite vegan sushi restaurant, Vegan Castle, just a few minutes away. Be sure to check it out!

The bedroom features a lovely Cal king bed, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom even includes a bidet for added comfort.

With heating and WiFi available, guests can stay connected and cozy during their stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Long Beach and the surrounding area has to offer.

If you needing to catch a cruise, have business at the convention center, or want to spend the day exploring LA, or heading to SoFi for a FiFa game, let us be your hosts. Feel free to reach out for more information.

The property was very cute and very clean. The host was friendly, and check-in was easy. One thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning. There are fans throughout the property, but it was still very hot during our stay. If you're visiting during warmer weather, keep that in mind. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Cute cottage, tidy and well maintained. Convenient location by freeways, but still had a neighborhood feel. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location

Quaint stay. The neighborhood is relatively quiet if not traveling during holidays. The location is very central to get to LA or OC. House is just as pictured with great yard for small dogs.

Awful stay. Upon arrival the hot water was not working. For half of our stay we had cold showers!In addition the rugs were absolutely disgusting. The rug instantly smelled of urine upon arrival. I had thought the rug was a greyish color, however after scrubbing it for a bit to try and alleviate the smell it just got worse. I found the carpet was white not grey! The urine smell wouldnt go away after I washed part of the rug, I had to fold it up. The rugs have clearly never been shampooed.Finally the morning after we checked in there was an awful ant infestation starting in the kitchen going all the way to the family room. If you want disgusting stay without hot water, and an incredibly rude unhelpful host book here. I am horrified by the fact i paid so much money for a stay without even the basics. It is illegal to rent and take money for a stay without hot water. AVOID!

Sara, we do understand that you were upset that the hot water was below temperature, and we did give a refund for this night. Once you told us about the issue, we sent someone over straight away to turn up the temperature on the water heater. We take photos after each cleaning before each guests arrive. The cleaning team have been with us for years, you know full stop the the urine on the carpet was from YOUR dog!!! As soon my cleaner arrived she messaged me straight away and I messaged you. We have received many good reviews you and we shall continue to receive them after you. Good bye and good rittens.
