We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the communication with owner day of arrival during check in process. Place was good for the price along with great A/C. I would return if seal beach was planned for the future.

Cutest little place by the beach in an adorable beach town! My son and I didnt wanna leave! Highly recommend! Jennifer was quick to respond and easy to work with. Id rent this same place out again and again!

Great location and has everything you need!

Wonderful stay at this cute vacation spot. The host was very friendly and prompt at answering any questions. Close walking distance to beach, pier, shops and restaurants. Grocery store was also a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again!

Beach apartment

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and hopefully not the last. Perfect location, friendly neighborhood and sweet little apartment. The manager is super nice and responsive.

Exceptional Vacation Apartment!!!

Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jenn, the owner, could not have been more accommodating! So convenient to the beach and charming Main Street. I not only highly recommend this apartment, I am booking it again any time I visit family in the area.

Perfect location

This property is located in the perfect place. 2 min walk to the beach. Stores and all needed amenities in walking distance or a short drive. Having parking available was a plus as well. The home was beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable to stay in. The host was so nice and checked on us daily. Check in and out was a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This is a great place for a couple. Old Towne Seal Beach is a quiet and well kept secret in SoCal. Everything we needed was there and the owner was prompt and responsive. Steps to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Great Seal Beach location

This was a perfect place for our visit with friends and family in the Long Beach/Orange County area. This one bedroom apartment of the garage beyond the main house was the perfect size for my me and my wife. It might have been a little awkward of the main house was occupied, but it wasn't, so that was great for us. The place is very well located, within a couple of the beach and four or five blocks to Main Street, which has great restaurants and bars. It was also four or five blocks from a Pavilions grocery store and CVS drug store. It was also not far from the nearby harbor area and Long Beach airport.

Great Long Weekend Stay in Seal Beach Old Town

This is a great little property - an easy walk to the beach, to the green space on Electric Avenue, and to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The property is comfy and well maintained with everything we needed. The off-street garage parking spot is a real plus; street parking in this part of Old Town can get crowded. Jayne & Steve & pups

Perfect Spot just off the Beach

This property is a true gem. Very cozy and quiet. It feels really spacious and the separation of the bedroom from the living area is perfect. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. 1 block off the beach so you can walk to everything you could possibly need or want. Wonderful host. We will be back again!!!

Very Cute Seal Beach One Bedroom

The house was a great stay. Pros- parking in garage, laundry, bedroom AC unit, stocked kitchen with mini coffee pot and kuerig, TV in the front room. Cons- AC in living room did NOT work. It got pretty warm on warm afternoons. They should just remove that from the listing.
