I was attending Long Beach for a conference and sightseeing. This clean and secure property exceeded my expectations for my stay. Communication with the host was great, and the location was convenient in a very walkable city. I would stay there again. The apartment was well equipped with all the essential needed for a good stay, and if you forget anything, convenience stores and a grocery store are close by. There are also several great restaurants within a short walk of your stay.

It was clean, we were able to check in fairly easily and were able to contact the host when we had any issues. I wish the listing had said what size bed there was in the unit. It’s a full sized bed. I’m not short and neither is my husband. That’s too small for normal sized adults. This should be listed for like 1 person or get a bigger bed. Other than that it was fine.

Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property.First, the parking situation was atrocious and made arriving and leaving unnecessarily stressful. The surrounding neighborhood was also concerning. There was a significant amount of litter, along with people on the streets who appeared to be homeless or under the influence. I did not feel particularly safe coming and going from the property.The unit itself looks much better in the photos than it does in person. It did not feel clean or well maintained. The blinds were crusted with dust, and the refrigerator and freezer had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned. There was someone else's long, thick black hair inside both the refrigerator and freezer, which was incredibly unpleasant.The bathroom was by far the worst part. The toilet seat was cracked in a spot that literally pinches you when you sit down and needs to be replaced immediately. The bathtub was moldy and had a slimy film on the bottom, making it feel completely unsanitary.Overall, the property did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or comfort. Between the condition of the unit, the bathroom, the parking situation, and the surrounding area, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
