Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM.
Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly by approval only. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted with payment of a $150 pet fee per stay. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Pets must be house-trained and properly supervised at all times. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property unless securely crated. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Guests are fully responsible for any damages, additional cleaning, pest treatment, or violations resulting from pets.

Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.

Surpassed all of my expectations

Such a beautiful place with amazing views of the water in both the front and back. We had enough room for everyone and the decor was so warm and inviting. It made our special weekend perfect! Highly recommend

We stayed a week at this lovely home and had a great time. It was so clean, and all the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The area is filled with fun things to do. Plenty of nature hikes at Ferne Clyffe State park, and the Garden of the Gods is worth the short drive. The lake was calm and we enjoyed several kayak trips. We look forward to coming back! Thanks Allison and Ryan for all your quick responses to our questions:)

Perfect spot on the lake!

This property is breathtaking! The house is well stocked and kept. There is plenty of space where we didn't feel on top of each other. The dock made it easy to rent a boat for our stay. We had one hiccup that the management company and owner quickly remedied. Our only concern is that this property will be so popular that it will be hard for us to obtain in the future. We can't wait to go back and enjoy this space again!

Fun stay for the whole family!

The home and property had everything we could ask for and more. We had family coming from all over so the garage and ample parking along the road were much appreciated. Views of the lake from all angles in the house are a wonderful treat all hours of the day. The flat yard and easy walk to the dock made our lake voyages all that more enjoyable. We also loved fishing right from the shore since it was so accessible. Even though our stay was during a heat wave, we still loved having a fire one evening to roast marshmallows and view the night sky. Allison was great host and very responsive to any questions!

Gorgeous cabin on the lake

This was a perfect location for our family to meet with friends from out of town. The house has a luxurious cabin feel, and there are plenty of spaces for people to spread out and play games or talk. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, which made it easy for us to cook up some favorite meals. The property manager was friendly and responsive to questions we had. The floors could have been cleaner when we arrived, and I'm sure they would have taken care of that if we'd contacted them about it, but we decided to deal with it ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!
