Outstanding rental. Felt more like home than a rental. Judith had Clear instructions and local tips. The beds and furniture were comfortable, kitchen was large, clean, and well appointed. Loved the screened in porch. Yes, it has a shower. Small as it may be, it’s larger than a cruise ship shower. Very conveniently located to Putnam and shopping.

This was by far the best property ever. Very fun to have the whole property and surrounding woods. Exceptional in every way. Highly recommend. Super convent to have washer AND dryer!! Loved, absolutely loved the new appliances and cookware! Bonus was all check-in and check-out procedures clearly outlined along with restaurant information printed and layed out on the front door table. Mahalo nui Judith

Awesome place and property was well kept. Great vacation getaway and the peacefulness and serenity of the ourdoors goes without saying. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is absolutely fantastic! Clean, comfortable, & easy communication with Judith, the owner. I thought the whole house was beautiful but the absolute best part (in my opinion) was the screened in porch. I was there just about from the time I woke up until the time I went to bed. During the day I'd read, color or just listen to nature. At night, I set up a projector & watched movies out there. That porch was EVERYTHING.The location is very convenient as well. Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, Stop & Shop, Dollar Tree, several fast foods places & a couple of gas stations are literally down the road. Not to mention both Rhode Island & Massachusetts are just a few minutes away. I recommend T-Rex mini golf, which is just a short 6 minute drive from the house.There's only 2 small - & I mean very small - drawbacks. The house sits back from a major road, so you WILL hear a LOT of traffic. It's not dangerous for kids to be out in the yard because it's set back pretty far but you'll hear the noise. (I didn't hear it while I was in the house though.) The second thing is the shower. It's very small but if you've ever been in a camper then you'll know what to expect. If you haven't been in a camper shower, just know it's a tight squeeze but not impossible. There's also a full size tub if you'd rather go that route.All in all, I was absolutely delighted with this house & would absolutely come back again. 10/10!

This was a great rental. We are from the area originally so we knew the location would be really good for us to visit with family and friends.House was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Having a washer and dryer was perfect.The screened in porch was used the most as we would have our morning coffee out there and saw deer each morning.Would highly recommend this rental and we would most likely rent this again.

Beautiful rustic house on acres of gorgeous land. We watched deer and birds while sitting on the really comfortable screened in porch. Very happy with everything.
