This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and convenience— 12 minutes (4miles) away from the world-famous Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds. Whether you're here for the music, the sunshine, or a relaxing retreat, this home is equipped to make your stay unforgettable. Inside, you'll find spacious open-concept living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and tastefully decorated bedrooms that provide a cozy, modern feel. For entertainment, enjoy your own private game room featuring a foosball table, arcade games, and more. Step outside to a backyard oasis complete with a sparkling private pool, lounge seating, and outdoor dining perfect for soaking up the desert vibes.
Guests also have the option to enhance their stay with early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee, if available—please message the host in advance to request. Pool heating is available and highly recommended from October through April; full pool and spa heat is $75/day with a two-day minimum, while spa-only heating is offered at $35/day two-day minimum.

My mother Mary Ellen helps me on occasion and she brings 30 years of quality assurance from working at Marriott/ Ritz Carlton prior to retiring in the desert. My father and Girlfriend also help on occasion, its a whole family affair and enjoy helping our guests!
