Western facing sunset views from the spacious deck on a 3 bedroom 3 full bath Cape Cod House in a private association known as Tahanto with a beach, playground, walkways, bridges, jettys and all the fun of a Cape Cod vacation house. Home has a first floor sun porch, dining area, custom renovated kitchen with a 6 burner Wolf range and all the features to make you feel at home, breakfast bar and sitting nook look out onto the back deck where you can enjoy sunset views over Buzzards Bay. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full baths, 1 Queen, 1 Full and 2 Twin beds.
This Tahanto home is in the Village of Pocasset offering restaurants, grocery, convenience, houses of worship, conservation trails, marina, hardware store, service station, baseball field, basketball courts, playground, post office and more.
Association beach surrounds the peninsula and can be accessed by multiple walkways through the community. Old Cape Cod at its best.

The house was super clean with a great view of the water from the master bedroom. Shannon made the process seamless and our stay was wonderful.

Peaceful location and just a couple of houses from the private neighborhood beach. Great views of Buzzard Bay and beautiful sunsets from the backyard deck. House is well-equipped and a few miles from anything you'd want.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was spotlessly clean, well organized, and very comfortable, with a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It was well thought-out and stocked, and we loved using the three kayaks. The main level shower was exceptional, though some fan or air conditioning in the living area would make it even better. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

The property was lovely and as described. The community was beautiful and the neighbors were all very friendly (including with our daughter who wanted to pet every dog walking by and play with every kid around!) We will definitely want to come back to this property!

House was very clean. Great communication from host. Sitting on the deck or porch looking at the water and beautiful sunsets was the relaxation we needed. Very quiet neighborhood and lots of opportunities for walks for even more views.

Stayed 4 nights with a group of 5 for a girls trip and was the perfect home base for us. House in nice, quiet community. Loved walking the area and the private beaches. Great sunset from beach. Kitchen spacious and well equipped, appreciate the essentials such as foil, trash bags and paper towels. While watching TV was not a priority for us, we did find it odd the TV on the main level was in the kitchen. Bedroom and bathroom layout good for our group. Sitting areas nice and comfortable. Loved all the windows and the breeze. Back deck with comfortable furniture for relaxing and watching the end of a sunset. Lots of beach chairs for use, and a clean outdoor shower. Communication with host was efficient. Would stay again in the future for sure!

This is a special neighborhood, surrounded on one side by the Pocasset River, on the other Tahanto beach with access to Buzzards Bay. It is delightful. The light and sunsets are lovely and many favorite beach pictures have been taken out by the jettys and beach.

This property has been completely and lovingly updated with comforts like Wolf 6 burner range, large frig, plenty of counters, loads and loads of window to take in the water view. The bathrooms (3) are all lovely and updated. The nod to yesteryear is stylishly added with retro furniture and amenities.
