We had a wonderful girls weekend at this lovely home. The accommodations were perfect for our group. The property was immaculate and had all the necessary accessories for our needs. Ming was very communicative, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone and hope to come back again when the weather is warmer so we can spend some time on the water.

Wow! The view from this beautiful home is spectacular. Sitting by the water under the most beautiful Willow was a highlight. Everything was even lovelier than the photos. We will be back!

Amazing location and view!

This property was as listed. We were combining two families to watch our children getting engaged. This location having a kitchen on each floor and separate living quarters connected worked out perfect! The house was extremely clean with furnishing that look brand new. Communication was answered immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Trail of ants in the living room and kitchen. Dryer wasn't working properly. Grass hadn't been mowed in months and was at least a foot tall. Compared to neighboring waterfront properties, this place looks like it hasn't been tended to and not lived in. And the HVAC unit was on the fritz our entire stay. The fan wouldn't turn off and the house stayed at nearly 80 degrees unless we kept all the doors open. Also, there aren't screens on any of the windows so forget about just being able to leave a window open for fresh air. And for a house that advertises meeting capacity for 15 people, there were a total of 8 plates across both kitchens. For the price we paid, it was disappointing that there were so many issues. The house is in a beautiful and special location with the most stunning willow tree to enjoy in the backyard. The kids in our family enjoyed walking the shoreline looking for crabs at low tide.

When arriving at the property on a Sunday evening, the multi lock process for the different units was very confusing and the home was registering on the thermostat at 87 degrees. The host was immediately contacted and replied that we needed to reset the thermostat. When that didn’t work, a neighbor was sent, not the host or property manager. The neighbor wasn’t able to remedy the situation so we had to go out to the local hardware store ourselves to purchase window AC units and fans (spent over 1,600 on our own as we didn’t have anywhere to go—which was later reimbursed), without having feedback from host. There was incredibly poor communication about how the situation was going to be resolved during our stay. The host indicated that they communicate better via messenger but didn’t communicate through messenger. I tried calling several times and only got through 2 times, one being someone that was unrelated to the situation. I asked for the host to call me back and they never did. When I got Vrbo involved, the host wouldn’t even answer their call. Aside from this horrible situation, there were several ants all over the home and spouting on back deck was hanging off the home. I spent over 5 hours of my trip trying to find a reasonable resolution and never was satisfied due to poor communication! I rent a lot of Vrbos and this was the worst experience. RENTER BEWARE.

Stayed here with our entire family and it was so great to be on the water. Having paddle boards and kayaks was such a fun experience. Keep in mind there is no real great access to the water and you will have to traverse some unstable rocks to get to it. The house was large and spacious with plenty of things for the kids to do as well. There was also a large projector that they enjoyed watching movies on after I got dark.There were a few damaged items when we arrived, but I pointed them out to the owner and they were very good to work with. The only true negative was that there were ants in the upstairs kitchen, but again, I brought that up to the owner who was very proactive. This was an amazing space for a large group and I would definitely come back here.
