*The house is located in Sea Pines gated community that requires a car pass. Guests are required to purchase a weekly rental, car pass at the main gate for $20 in CASH only.

Your unit is private, but since this community is a mix between fulltime Owners and part time Owners, Amenities will be shared with other Owners and Guests (Pool, Common grounds, etc).

Night Heron at Sea Pines is professionally managed and operated by The Club Group LLC. We have a Front Desk staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance during your stay. Office hours are 9am-5pm M-F, Saturdays 3-6pm.

You should bring your own beach chairs / beach blankets / umbrellas / equipment you want to use on the beach. If you don’t bring your own stuff, you are able to rent beach chairs / umbrellas on HHI.

Pets are not permitted at this property, so please make necessary arrangements in advance.

Only use designated parking spaces. Do not park on the street, grass, or pine straw.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced by the Town of Hilton Head Island from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please note that the pool is unattended—no lifeguard or safety equipment is available. Use at your own risk.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.

The Town of Hilton Head Island is scheduled to carry out a beach renourishment project in 2025. The shoreline near the property may be temporarily affected between November 2025 and May 2026
