Favorite Condo

Beautiful condo with a fabulous view. Our only complaint was after tropical storm Helene passed, it took 2 days for the 2 pools to be vacuumed. It’s our favorite place to stay and have always enjoyed our time at this location.

Great vacation!

Perfect location! Easy access to beach and pool; shopping across the street and lots of restaurants close by! The condo was large and easily accommodated the 6 of us! We definitely stay again!

Absolute best condo we have stayed in.

This is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. The layout of the rooms, location and ease of entry are fantastic. Our two adult children, along with their spouses and one grandchild, had plenty of room. It was a wonderful family vacation and we will definitely be back!! Tom

Great family vacation spot!

This was a fantastic vacation rental! The place was spotless, had a great location (within walking distance of town), and amazing ocean views. The hosts were top notch! They were very attentive, responsible, and helpful. They even went out of their way to go out and buy an item that was missing from our kitchen the same day I asked about it. We would definitely stay again!

Great place

Excellent property with ocean views and high quality amenities. Close to many things. Quiet neighbors when we were there. One of the pools was closed for a big overhaul but that did not affect us. Bring binoculars to get a closer look at wildlife and water things!

Wonderful unit

Amazing view from the 5th floor oceanside unit overlooking the pool. Very large bedrooms and living space. Covered parking in a garage. Great location to walk to restaurants. The main elevator is very slow so we walked the stairs a ton, but the views from the 5th floor are amazing.

Wonderful stay

Our family really enjoyed the stay at 3503 Seacrest. The condo was cozy and came equipped with everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and the views were amazing. Only thing I would suggest is fixing up the sliding door going out to the porch of the master bedroom. It was hard to open/sticking. Otherwise this was a great place to stay!

Pool not heated.

The condo was great. We have stayed at SeaCrest many times. This was our first time in October. Had we been made aware the pool would not be heated we would not had stayed here. It was ice cold. Very disappointed that was not disclosed.

2021 Family Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First opportunity in 7 years that full family's spring break (school) coincided..after 20+ consecutive years. We have always stayed near Coligny for the obvious convenience. Marriot, Shorewood or many times Seacrest. Living near Coligny allows you to fly to the island-cab to the condo and walk to anything needed like grocery, restaurants and shopping.This year we all arrived by auto. Grandparents, 2 adult children and spouses and 5 children under 10. The pool offered the most entertainment value for all (beach was a bit windy and cold) although there were a few great days. Pool Bar Jim offered the true resort feel to the pool area.There were several days that I have never seen so many people, both at Seacrest pool and on the beach. Actually a bit concerning considering Covid mask practices were at about 75%-especially in the elevators. Our 5th floor unit offered premium views and great light and airflow. The unit was adequate for space and amenities. The unit was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the AC unit needed to be replaced and that took 5 hours in the middle of the day.There are a few other minor maintenance items that a critical inspection would find-but nothing that affected the quality of our visit. Grocery shopping recommendations are Piggly Wiggly for the items you forgot to buy at a big shop from Kroger or Publix. This year we did not experience sit down restaurant service but carryout from any business in Coligny was good.I would highly recommend host2Coast for your vacation arrangements.

Perfect Condo

This is the 2nd year we have returned to 3503 Seacrest. We love the condo. It is in the perfect location and is so pleasant to work with Host2Coast. We plan to return again next year.
