Perfect home in a quiet location. Check-in was easy. The host responded quickly. Outside deck was a great perk for this property we ended up sending most our time here while not on the beach! Would certainly stay here again.

We stayed at the house for two nights three days and it was a wonderful experience. The house was clean and so close to the beach. It was perfect for our family. There was plenty of games and cards to play with. It was the perfect house for my family. I would definitely come back.

Our family had an amazing time in Beach Haven. The location was beyond perfect- literally steps away from the beach and public bathrooms. The house had everything we needed. We would love to come back again.

Beautiful home super close to beach!

My friends and I had a great time at Frank's property. The home is less than a block from the beach, and the spacious deck was perfect for our memorial day bbq! We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation at Frank's Holgate House

We had a great get-away at this Holgate, NJ property. The balcony-deck was especially nice for sitting and relaxing outside after a morning and afternoon at the beach. It's close location to the beach was fantastic.

Quiet get away

The house was as advertised and very close to both the ocean and the bay. There was a sandwich shop just 200 feet away for an early morning coffee or sandwiches for lunch or dinner. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great family weekend.

The property is excellent, with lots of room for a relaxing time. Located in the quietest part of the island but only a 10 minute drive/uber to the restaurants and shops. Though the weather was not the best for much beach time, we thoroughly enjoyed hanging on the deck and were able to sneak in some nice walks on the beach and around the bay.

Great property!! Close to the beach but also near beach haven center.

We loved the house and location. There is plenty to do day and night. LBI is a great place to have a relaxing vacation. . The house lends itself to that beach shore vacation.

The Perfect Beach house

The House was the perfect location. Two houses from the beach. Was very well kept and perfect for our family vacation. I would stay again and absolutely recommend it to my friends and family
