Beautiful house in a great location. We loved everything about this rental. It was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. Being close to the beach was an added plus.

Excellent Host

Owner was an excellent host, checked in on us during our trip to make sure everything was fine and very responsive to questions. Will certainly stay again and a great place!

Great location!

So close to the beach and a short bike ride to all of the Beach Haven attractions. We loved the quiet neighborhood.

Perfect place to stay on LBI!

House was perfect for our family, big enough to spread out a little with a beautiful interior. A minute walk from the beach, doesn’t get much better than that!

We really enjoyed our family reunion / vacation at the beach house in Holgate. Being able to walk to the water in about 5-6 minutes with kids was super. The weather was very pleasant (only an afternoon of rain) and we spent hours swimming and boogie boarding. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous! The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for us. I loved the outdoor shower. Host Lisa was very friendly, responsive, and welcoming and seemed to truly hope that we'd have a memorable stay at her place. She worried that we might be a large group for a not-so-large house. It ended up being a really nice, cozy space for our card-playing sessions and cooking and family meals. The house came equipped with all that we needed and we all seemed to feel very much at home at 17 W. Cleveland!

Great location, responsive host, property was very clean, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Easy walk to the beach and to the bayside for sunsets. Would stay again.

Great summer vacay for us!

The listing is as described - clean and well laid out. We would have preferred to be closer to beach haven but that’s because I have young teens. The beach proximity was great.

Late season beach get-away

Property perfectly located in Holgate, next to nature preserve yet. Lose to all of Beach Haven amenities!

Fabulous home in perfect location!!

My family and I including our dog have rented the main house a few times and it is beautiful! The location is ideal at the end of LBI steps from the beach. The best part is the master suite and deck to watch the sunset on. Will be back.

Great house!

My family loved this house so much last year we decided to stay again this year and it was fantastic! The house is well stocked, clean and comfortable and steps from the beach! Great street for kids to ride their bikes and scooters. The house is a short walk to the bay, tennis courts and a great deli! You’ll definitely enjoy your stay on LBI in this house.

Great beach house

House was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lots of beach chairs, bikes, and games we had access too. Perfect location by beach and the reserve. Lisa was always responsive to any questions. Would definitely return!

Wonderful vacation!

This house was wonderful for all of us. Not only is the house great & well equipped, it is so close to the beach. While it is at the southern part of the island, it isn't far from anything in Beach Haven or other parts of the island. Lisa was always an email or text message away and very accommodating to all my questions as this was the first time I rented a vacation home. We would gladly go back here again!
