Located 2 blocks from downtown and 4 blocks from the lake this home has plenty of bedroom and gathering space on 3 separate floors. Front porch and back deck with gas grill are available for use. A perfect year-round spot to reconnect with friends and family.
This house can sleep 16 people in comfort in four 2nd floor bedrooms, one 1st floor bedroom and one lower-level bedroom. The beds include 3 bunk beds (twin over full), 1 full bed, 3 queen beds and 3 twin beds. There is a living room on each of the three floors plus a bar room and dining room on the 1st floor. Bedroom (queen bed) and full bath on 1st floor, no stairs required.
There is a front porch with swing, a rear deck with patio furniture and gas grill. Ample off-street parking via 2 driveways and a 2-car garage (fits 6 cars total). Please note the City of Lake Geneva does not allow guests to park on the street or block any sidewalks, if more parking is required, please contact the host.
High-speed Wi-Fi, coffee, fully stocked kitchen, linens and paper products are all included. Baby gates, pack and play, wagon, beach toys and highchair are all available upon request. Pet friendly - 1 time pet fee of $25
