Enjoyed our stay. The balcony was dirty with a collection of cobwebs. That is the only complaint from us.

Would def. stay here again, short walk to the beach, cute decorations, clean and close to everything! Perfect for couples or parents with a few children! 10/10. Has everything you need!

Close to beach

Property was a bit outdated and plenty of rotted boards on steps and deck. Overall had what we needed and was clean. Check in was a cluster but that was due to VRBO. The walk to the beach was a short 3 mins across a busy road. Would stay here again but on the beach side.

All the condos and working the remote(s) NEED an instruction sheet with the condo! This is important to most men!Note:there are lots of stairs to climb!

Absolutely Wonderful

Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying at Sandpiper Cove and I am so happy that we found this unit!! It was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 4. I absolutely loved the daybed with trundle for my boys!! We will definitely be back and renting this unit again! Also so close to pool, laundry and beach!!

We had a pleasant stay, only thing I would say negative is perhaps they need to try to be a minimalist in terms of decor in the condo. Too much none matching things and unnecessary things that makes the spot smaller. So much potential, but perhaps redecorate.

Very nice!

This condo was adorable and perfect for me and my daughter. The only problem was the pool right outside. Squealing, screaming children at all times of the day and night until it closes at 10 pm. We were "treated" to a 45 minute, very loud game of Marco Polo the last night we were there. I still gave it a 4 star rating because the condo itself is adorable - decorated to a T and very cosy. We loved it in itself.

I do wish they would put some basic cleaning supplies such as Windex tub and sink cleaner. Vacuum needs attachments. It was not as clean as I like but management was willing to send someone over to take care of but u had already cleaned. I would definitely recommend the place.

Super Awesome weekend

Pool is right off the deck, close to the front of the complex so walking to the beach isn't a problem. The unit was very clean and nicely appointed. My only comment is the air vent over the bed blows directly on you when it kicks on thus making it comfortable when on, but hot when not blowing. The other issue is the mattress seems like it could use replacing...both my wife and I seemed to sink to the middle and bottom of the bed.

Disgusted

My husband and I have come to Sandpiper Cove for 20 years now and we have never stayed in such a nasty unit. There is mold growing in the corners of the tub walls, the toliet paper holder was filthy and rusted. Our feet was blaxk from walking on the dirty floors in minutes. Garbage disposal non working, unit smelled like dogs bad and I fought asthma the 4 days we stayed. This unit needs gutted and remodeled. Shame on you Sandpuper for even renting that unit out! So gross!

Perfect location in Destin

The unit was clean and had the necessary equipment to have a good stay for a few days. The only drawback is the condominium entrance that requires some work. That accumulates water does not look and smell nice.

However ,no one call us to let us know that the bug spray guy was coming. We were not there when he entered our unit and we had personnel items out. The girl we talked to about this was like sorry but they come every Friday, we were not pleased with her response at all. And we were not happy someone had been in our unit without us knowing
