We had a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely beautiful, with a great view and such a calming, quiet, and pleasant atmosphere. It was spacious, clean, and truly a comfortable place to relax and unwind.The host was super nice, very accommodating, communicative, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our family of four plus a French bulldog loved this property! We spent lots of time in the kayaks on the pond, in the hammocks, and on the volleyball court. Great firepit and beautiful mountain views every day, watching the weather come in. Would return any time!

we absolutely LOVED this rental! Catherine & Diego were amazing to deal with and the property was like a little garden of eden. Peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. The kids enjoyed the pond the most and did nothing but laze around, kyack and fish.

Our family loved it here! My daughter is 20 and my son had his 13th birthday here. This was the best time together we have ever had. I was hesitant to book some place that was so remote but it was the best decision ever made. The property is beautiful and our dog loved running in the yardWe are so grateful we got to experience this amazing property.

The property was a 10! Beautiful home and surrounding area. We spent much of our time swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding in the pond. It was such a peacful and relaxing vacation. My daughter is allergic to dogs and the owners or former tenants must have had dogs in the home so she did have an allergic reaction when we first arrived, but other than that the trip was wonderful!

Excellent Catskills getaway

Location is great; close to a lot of hiking opportunities and right in the middle of breathtaking scenery. The house was clean and provided excellent accomodations.

We had a wonderful winter getaway at this lovely spot. Host was welcoming, communicative and had all the house instructions easily laid out for us. We loved playing in the snow and enjoying the lovely mountain views! We will certainly consider coming back in the summer to make use of the water feature! Thank you!

Quaint and beautiful

The home is nested in an absolutely gorgeous valley. The property is massive with plenty of outdoor activities. The host, Catherine, was extremely communicative, making the arrival and stay seamless. Our group absolutely loved our stay here!

Great time

This was our second time at this cozy house with amazing views. Everyone in the family enjoyed their stay including the dog. Owners are very accommodating and responsive. Can't wait to come back again!

Fantastic stay!

We had such an enjoyable trip to the area and the property was real highlight. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 plus doggo. The hot tub, foosball table, smartTv and pond provide excellent entertainment options forwhen we weren’t on the nearby ski slopes. The hose was slack cozy with highly comfortable seating and relaxing views country backdrop was relaxing.

The host was welcoming and, most importantly for us, very responsive. We needed help with a couple of things and she immediately texted back with the solution.The setting for this property is beautiful - open fields with a view to the mountains - which was all the more spectacular with the fall foliage.The house itself was very clean and orderly, and worked well for six adults. There were numerous entertainment options, TV, hot tub and games, and several beautiful hiking options nearby.

Definitely book!!

My friends and I booked for a long weekend-we had so many plans outside of the house but when we got there we were so happy with the accommodations we hardly left! The swimming pond was amazing and the yard/deck/firepit kept us entertained the entire time. Beautiful property-definitely book!!

Lovely update rental

We just needed a place to relax and recharge for a few days and this house was perfect for us and our teenage son, who enjoyed skiing at Hunter and exploring the grounds with our dog. The house had everything we needed.

Great place to unwind

We had a really nice time at the house, the place was clean, spacious and the dog loved the yard. My husband caught trout at the private pond. I would totally recommend it

Perfect house for skiing trip

This ended up being the perfect house to stay at for our ski trip this past weekend. First off, it was exceptionally clean which so the most important thing to my family and I. Secondly it was just a short drive to the local ski slopes. The house was roomy and the hot tub was perfect after a long day on the mountain. We will definitely be back the next time we’re up this way!

LOVELY PEACEFUL AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEWS

We loved this place! We use vrbo often for local getaways. This place looked great and we decided to book it as we have never been to Prattsville NY, and wanted to see western Catskills. Home was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Pond was nice and property was well maintained for walking and lounging. We LOVED the hot tub, and would recommend this out of the way place. Very private.

A Wonderful Catskills Christmas

We spent 12 nights at this great property and had a excellent time. Host was great with communications and a very good resource about the area. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was really well stocked. WiFi worked great and lots of streaming services to watch holiday movies. Located on 6 very pretty acres. We loved the hot tub. Very quiet location but close to Prattsville, Jewett, Windham, and West Kill for a drink or a meal.
