Mount Washington is a community within the city limits on the east side of Cincinnati, Ohio. It is an easy, <20 minute commute to downtown.

One of Cincinnati's 52 neighborhoods, Mt. Washington has a population of 16,559. and offers a dense suburban feel with many parks. Many families and young professionals live in Mt. Washington.

Your personal vehicle, a rental, or Uber are all options. Parking is either free or metered in most locations. Not really an issue except in proximity to big events which most often include their own parking options.

Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Early check-in (before 4 PM) or late check-out (after 10 AM) may be available when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cost for booking extensions is $25/hour. Exact times and amounts to be confirmed when extensions are approved. Please note, cleaning schedules are often tight so not all requests can be accommodated. To ensure my cleaning crew has sufficient time so that all guests are presented with the same high standard preparation I pride myself on, guests staying past check-out without permission will incur a $50/hour charge.

A seven percent (7%) City of Cincinnati Short Term Rental Excise Tax is added to all bookings.
