About this space

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space after long day at Disneyland or Beach. The location is very convenient which takes only 6 mins to Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, less than 10 mins to Anaheim Packing Street, and 20 mins to Huntington Beach. It is also closed by many kind of restaurants, supermarkets, Walmart, & more. It is easy to self check in with keyless lock. Hope to be a part of your vacation.

The space

This is the guesthouse with 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms which is good for 7 people. This guesthouse at the backside of main house, but it has the seperate private entrance in the backyard. The guesthouse has stylish entrance door with the keyless smart lock which is easy to access.

This property is triplex. There are 2 others house in the front ..

This property has 3 seperate units which for rent.

Each unit has its owned entrance. Please just access your reserved place only.

For the parking, you will share the driveway, or there are plenty of spaces to park off street which is first come first take.

This is NO PARTY, NO SMOKING property. Please respect other guests, and neighbor. Please low noise after 10:00pm.

Other things to note

For security, we will send the exactly address and the check in instruction on the day of arrival. Please remember to check your message on VRBO platform for address and check in instruction

For the bed, we just have the fitted sheet. We don't have the flat sheet in between fitted sheet and Duvet.

You will share the parking on the driveway with other guest. It is first come first take. Besides that, you can park-off street front of the house. Please remember Friday is Sweeping day. Move you car for avoid the ticket.

Great place to stay. The host was great about communicating things, and fixed our one minor issue (Internet went out) later the same day. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! Brian was great to communicate with and the check in and check out processes were very easy. The house was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice to have paper towels, garbage bags, toiletries, and even snacks & water! It was conveniently located, easy to access, and perfect for our family.We would definitely stay here again!

The guest house was brand new, super clean and sufficiently stocked. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great stay. The owners were super helpful and had excellent communication.

Perfect place for our group of 3 adults for Disney. Very comfortable. The AC helped with the March heat wave! The host was kind and communicated perfectly. This was an easy place to uber to and from the parks, about 16 during peak hours. As magic key holders from out of town, this is definitely on our list of stays to rebook.

The host gave fantastic instructions for us before and after the end of the stay and the guesthouse was very clean and absolutely a great place to stay.The location is 8-10 minutes from Disneyland in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking on the street (and in the driveway if needed).We didn't use the kitchen much as we were gone most of the time but was very stocked with everything we needed. One day we did stay in and the AC worked very well. Plenty of towels and supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc.). The washer and dryer came in handy and all of the appliances are very new. The host made sure to ask us via chat if we needed anything once we got settled.I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again and will highly recommend this spot for those that have a car (or even don't mind the 10 minute taxi/Uber/Lyft ride)!

Felt like home

This was our first time using a vacation home instead of hotel. Being our kiddos are now young adults and us wanting to be together while they also have their space and we have ours, this was such a great choice. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The home is shared parking, but the street parking was no problem in the area as we had 2 cars. The home was prefect with a little welcome water and snack basket, washier and dryer, shower products and central AC, as is was so hot outside. The host were amazing to work with and gave easy instructions for check in. We even wanted to extend 2 more days and though they already had someone booked they had a friend that had a place and offered to contact them for us. Great service and hopefully when we come back in December we get to stay again!!! As my daughter has been saying this entire trip, I rate this 10 out of 10!
