Great place for what my family and I needed. We were staying a short weekend to see our baseball team play vs TB Rays and this was super close to the stadium. Nice amenities such as tv and kitchenette. Had everything that we needed for a short weekend and very comfortable for us.

Great place for the price! Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view from the porch. It is a duplex, so you have neighbors next door.

Property is nestled right across the street from the water with an uninterrupted view. All the amenities you'd need were available and is wonderfully located about 5 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg.

The unit was perfect for our stay as we were visiting family nearby. The unit was clean, spacious and well stocked with dishes & necessities. Short drive to downtown or the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and welcoming.

This is a very comfortable and beautiful property. Air-conditioning worked fine, view is wonderful, kitchen as well stocked. The setting area was very conducive to conversation. We really enjoyed our stay.

Check-in was easy and our stay was fine, but their were a few disappointments. The description indicated that there was a washer and dryer, but it did not state that it was shared with other units. We were moving my daughter into college and needed to wash things we just bought and the washer and dryer were frequently being used. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work and the lighting in the living room area was not great. A few table or floor lamps would be nice to avoid the very harsh overhead lighting. We were left with no dish soap so we had to go out and buy that right away. Taking care of a few of these small things would have been nice, but overall, the place worked for our needs.

The host was very welcoming, and easy to communicate with. The WiFi, air conditioning, amenities, and rooms were all amazing. I’m so glad my classmates and I were able to stay at such a nice VRBO!!!

Buyer beware. The posting did not match what we experienced. The pictures looked beautiful but it was no where close to reality; misc property damage, dings, dents, more old and outdated, just flat out not matching the photos. The property was not clean and host did not accommodate the most basic needs, especially in the kitchen. Keep your silverware from any fast food that you might visit and wash them for reuse! No silverware and many other essentials were not provided! We were grateful for the location and having a place to stay but I would not trust for future business.

The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 for the accuracy of the listing is bc this listing does not state that it is not a single family dwelling. It is in fact 4 units. I wouldn’t have booked this place if I’d known that for the courtesy of the other renters. We travelled with my 8 month old twin granddaughters who do not sleep through the night and also can have good crying fits during the day. I don’t know if we bothered other people but our daughter and son-in-law were bothered by the man behind who was on his phone loudly most nights in the courtyard which is right outside their bedroom window. My husband and I were bothered by the two girls beside us who were playing music at 4:30 in the morning. So for the price, the place is great but it is not a single unit. The host was very quick to answer us whenever we had questions and easy to work with.

We had a Wi-Fi issue early on which was a bit difficult to get a response from the property management but were eventually able to get it connected once we called the phone number but had to message quite a bit. Once we were connected the signal was weak and we ended using our own private hotspot to get some work done.There was a faint smell of stale beer throughout the kitchen and in the main bedroom. The pictures online made the property look more like a 4 when really this is more of a 3 star property. The location was good and close to a lot of great restaurants and other activities.

I want to start my review by saying that the property manager/owner is very interactive and made herself available when there was a need. The property is gorgeous. The view is incredible. The housekeepers are very kind and responsive. There are many pluses to this property, which I like to focus on over things that need to be upgraded or fixed. That said, there were some issues that came up while we were there. The biggest one was unavoidable by the owner and as soon as she knew it was happening, she did everything to make sure it was resolved quickly. A few things in the unit its self needed attention and I talked about them with her. Once again, she did everything she was able to do to be sure we were comfortable and that she addressed what needed to be addressed. If the owner had not been as interactive and available as she had been, I would not have left 4 stars. But I believe that VRBOs are used by many people and things come up. Its not about the issues, its about the heart of the person who is offering the property and she gets 5 plus stars. I feel confident that they are addressing things that could have become a bigger problem. A side note that there are mosquitoes out in this area so bringing a repellant or Avon Skin So Soft will be a benefit to not getting bites. to the owner, thank you for doing your best to jump in when necessary. I pray your units are blessed and thriving in the future. Thanks again for your help

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, and having lake access and free kayaks was such a fun bonus! We really enjoyed relaxing and spending time on the water.The host was friendly, accommodating, and made everything easy from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The pictures are not accurate at all. Furniture is wore down. Stains on sheets. Broken handle on kitchen sink. No extra trash bags/ paper towels. A/c kept resetting at 78. Bath tub in master would not drain. Not enough plates for 6 ppl over 1 meal a day. Mattress had no cover on it with terrible stains blood/ misc stains. I reached out to owner and was never given a reply until I wrote on the app. Was given no compensation and told if I didn’t like it I could go. Location was great but would not bring a child to this location. Not clean enough. Needs serious TLC!!

He asked for compensation and said if we don't agree, he will write us a negative review. He lied about the AC not cold enough. We checked the system during his stay it was as 71 degree. We have screen shot and will submit to VRBO. He lied about everything....We stand by our standards and will not let anyone threaten us. We'd rather have a legitimate reviews than a fake perfect review.
