Lovely place to stay

Snowbirds Enjoyment

Valarie is a great host. This is our second year at her house and it continues to be a wonderful experience. House is well taken care of, accommodates mid size family and lovely back patio with a swimming pool.

Chicago snowbirds enjoy St Petersburg

The house was well furnished, maintained and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms can accommodate 6 people. My wife and I like to entertain our relatives and friends in St Petersburg and the kitchen was well equipped to use, living room was large and outdoor patio/ pool were exceptional. Great place for a family with children. Valarie the owner and host was wonderful to work with. We plan on returning next year.

Beautiful, relaxing home

We had a family of 7 and there was plenty of room. The house is in a great location to easily drive to all the area local beaches. The host was wonderful with communication and any help we needed. It was such a great vacation. We were able to make our breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, eat at the 6 person table then head to whatever beach we had chosen for the day. Then when we got back, grill or cook dinner and have fun in the pool and watch TV under the pergola. I highly recommend this home.

This property is amazing

WHAT A MAGICAL VACATION. The house was wonderful but the back yard was heaven. We splashed in the pool and played lots of corn hole. Groceries 2 miles away . Easy access to 275. So beaches were just a few exits down. Quite neighborhood my teenager love skateboarding there. Can not give this a more positive review. Thumbs up for sure.

Best.rental.ever.

My friend and I booked Valarie's lovely home on a whim to get away from snowy DC for a week and we could not have been happier here. We both work remotely and the internet was strong and fast, even with the two of us on zoom video calls all week. The house itself is immaculate and everything is brand new - the beds are fantastic, the furniture is quality (great couch, huge smart TVs inside and outside on the patio!), excellent water pressure in the showers, a gorgeous pool, washer/dryer, new linens, kitchenware, two beach cruiser bikes, full garage, easy to use security system...honestly, this home has it all. In addition, Valarie was available and communicative yet very respectful of our privacy and work hours. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely - a great residential area for a lunchtime walk and an easy 8 minute/$10 uber ride to downtown. Every day we woke up saying how much we were going to miss this house - it has a beachy open vibe with vaulted wooden ceilings (my zoom meeting attendants kept asking 'where are you with those gorgeous ceilings?!') and is tastefully decorated. Thank you so much for a fantastic week!

Distance

Did not like the drive to everything. Every near beach was 30 minutes away. Felt like we spent lots of time in the car. The property says central location well it is but not close enough for us. Other then that it was just as we expected.

Great location

We loved staying at Valarie’s place! The backyard was great - in a neighborhood but felt private with the beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed the pool during the day and patio in the evening. We enjoyed an evening walk around the beautiful neighborhood as well. Easy proximity to downtown area and beaches were only about a 20 minute drive (less than 10 miles). The house was clean and inviting. We’d definitely stay here again!

St Petersburg vacation

This house is amazing! Was in the perfect spot for all the things we do! Kitchen is well stocked for making meals. Outside patio was great! Beds were comfortable. And was nice to have washer and dryer available on the premises. The only downfall was the pool not being covered and it was windy when we were there. Which to was no buggy. We just skimmed the leaves out and enjoyed!! Thanks Val for a great vacation!

Great location!!! You are close to everything. The house was very nice.

It was very simple to check into the house. It looked clean at first glance but there were some area that could use a little more attention. We found several things in the house that had to be addressed immediately. The owner took care of them as soon as they could. Overall, our stay was good.
