Our guesthouse is located in the heart of Historic Old Northeast; a quiet and charming residential area with tree lined brick streets. We are walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, only a 5min drive to downtown St Petersburg (DTSP), 10 minute walk to Vinoy Park, 25min drive to TPA and a 20 minute drive to the beautiful, St. Pete beach.

Martin was an attentive and personable host. The vacation home was spotless and well-appointed. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee and there was plenty of unsweetened creamer in the fridge. The beds were super comfy! A nice addition were pull-down shades to block out light coming through the balcony doors in an upstairs bedroom.

We had a great one night stay. This is located behind the house, very quaint, well decorated and modern. I'd stay here again. Best neighborhood in St. Pete!

This is the cutest guest house -- super convenient to downtown St. Pete's, local restaurants/shopping, a quick drive to beaches, and in the nicest, quiet residential neighborhood. We stayed here to while moving our daughter into college -- and found it absolutely perfect. Martin is a wonderful host -- we plan to stay again!

Great location and neighborhood. Tons of closet space and towels, pillows, etc. The patio was nice but the weather was cold during our stay. Getting large luggage up the spiral staircase was tough! Overall it was a nice stay.

Great location and clean property!
We had a great stay and enjoyed the proximity to downtown st Pete. We walked to shops, restaurants and the pier both days. The house was well equipped and very clean.

Perfect stay in St. Pete!
We loved this house - it was even better in person. And it was so clean! I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and this is one of the best! Martin was also great - so responsive and super nice. Would love to stay here again and I highly recommend.

Lovely small house in heart of St. Pete's
Excellent quiet location for the city with access to both downtown and the local beaches - both walkable. Property is very well equipped with everything you could think of and feels like a home away from home. Owner is very responsive.

Loved this place. Clean and has personality! Martin was very easy to communicate with. Has plenty of places to go within walking distance.

Fabulous Spot in Fabulous Neighborhood
This lovely cottage is well appointed and is in a lovely neighborhood. Easy walking, biking and close to downtown restaurants. Responsive host.

Cute house great location.
Location is amazing as we were able to walk downtown within 15 minutes. The house was very clean, the only recommendation is to put blackout curtains in the room with the balcony. We were woken up around 4am from the light coming on outside. Would stay again.

Old NE Thanksgiving stay
Spent a few days here during Thanksgiving. It’s a quaint apartment for a small family. Very well appointed and stocked well with necessities.
Very quick responses from Martin whenever we had questions.

Great home! Great location!
The home was so delightful for our 3 week stay. Very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Loved the porch swing for coffee in the morning! Spiral staircase was easy to navigate to the 2 bedrooms with Jack & Jill bathroom. Every amenity we needed was provided, Martin is a great host. We walked everywhere!

Very clean and tidy inside but outside areas (balcony, patio) were unswept before our visit and a bit scruffy. Bedroom patio door did not lock. Excellent a/c which was needed so very comfortable. Would advise earplugs for light sleepers as external a/c units close to property were occasionally noisy. Property is on a very quiet street and Crescent Lake recreation spot and seafront/pier are all walkable in 10-20 mins. Nearest publix/trader joe's is 5 mins drive.

Great property in a great location
Right in the heart of one of St Petersburg's best neighborhoods, this property is a delight to stay in. The owner clearly put a lot of thought into the little details that make guests feel at home, and throughout our stay was very responsive to questions and requests. The only thing I would let others know is that the bedrooms are only accessible via a spiral staircase that, while beautiful, requires extra care with children under 5.

Great Spot To Stay In a Terrific Neighbourhood
Comfortable place to stay. Many nice touches throughout the backyard house. Downtown is walking distance. The area is an historic hood full of character homes and heavily canopied with palms and leafy trees. Professional and friendly host. Highly recommended.

Beautiful guest house with all the amenities we could wish for! Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms had soap and toiletries. Beds were super comfortable and the whole place had a classic homey feel. Almost hate to sing its praises too highly as we’d like to keep this place to ourselves! lol. Martin was responsive and helpful when we had questions prior to arrival. Will definitely stay again!

Just as advertised!
I went on this trip for work, so I was looking for a place close to where I needed to be, but comfortable and kind of out of the way. This was everything I was looking for! It was exactly as the photos showed, everything was perfectly clean and the host was great! I recommend this wholeheartedly!

Just as pictured. Modern, thoughtfully designed and well stocked with appliances and sundry supplies. I was hesitant about the spiral staircase to 2 large bedrooms. Not to worry, zipping up and down after the first day. Location can't be beat. We walked to town every day. Our host, Martin, was extremely responsive. Nothing is perfect, though. The living room furniture was not comfortable (especially for a 2 week stay). I sat mostly on one of the dining room chairs. I'd still give it a grade A.
