We absolutely loved it here!!! There were a few cosmetic things but nothing detrimental to our stay and the host was prompt and helpful with conversation. Highly recommend.

We had a group of 7 and two day passes to Dollywood. The property was perfect for our needs. Overflow parking by the clubhouse was a bonus. The quick drive to Dollywood was the best!

Great Accommodations for our family with all adult family members staying together. Would also work with children. Everything we needed was provided. You will need to take hair dryers-which we did. Kitchen provided all we needed-coffee pot with filters and all cleaning and linens needed. We would defiantly book again.

Only note I have is that walking from parking to the condo at night was nearly pitch black. More outdoor lighting would be a blessing. Great location and value.

Little over priced for what you get. Our door didn’t lock. There were not instructions on the door like instructed. Had the essentials and the host was good.

Great host,great amenities and a convenient location yet very secluded and quiet away from traffic,noise &etc. Condo was super clean & we had everything vee needed.

Check in was super easy. The place was clean, with mild stains on carpets. Loved that there were 3 bathrooms for all of us to use to get ready.

Kitchen was fully prepped besides we had to buy dish soap which was fine we just didn’t bring any. The property was very pet friendly and our dog felt right at home.

A great spot to stay up in the hills. Great bird life, close to town. Could have used more sheets, but overall happy with the stay.

The unit was clean and very convenient to Dollywood which was our destination.There were no bathmats in the bathrooms nor were there any mats in the shower/tub. The tub was slippery so a mat would help. We had our two small Yorkies with us, and it was good for walking them.

The host was very polite and welcoming. He was very responsive during communications. The unit was very nice, clean and conveniently located close to most the sights we wanted to visit.

Good communication, good location and clean accommodations. Property is a bit dated and the kitchen utensils could use an update, but overall 4/5. Was not happy the pool was closed and we did not find out until the day before we were arriving.

Wonderful Host!

Check in was very easy with a code. Highly impressed with "Samuel" who was very prompt in answering our misc questions. Best host we've ever had, and we travel quite a bit. Great location too!

The condo was very clean and comfortable would definitely stay there again. However, there was a load of dirty clothes in the washer, and the dishwasher had not been emptied. Other than that we had no issues at all!

This place was wonderful! Dollywood is literally in the back yard. There are starter packs of toiletries/laundry-dishwasher detergent, and hand soaps in every bathroom. There were PLENTY of towels/washcloths in each bathroom. They even supplied pool towels. Extra sheets and blankets were in the closets. This was more than enough room for my 4 people party & my pup. we come to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg very often and I’ve saved this place for the next visit! Cannot beat the price in this area for it to be as close to everything as it is

Great property with plenty of space for a family of 6 a fur member! Plus, there was a bonus pull out couch that we didn’t even use. The location is 5-10 minutes from attractions in Pigeon Forge and 15-20 minutes from Gatlinburg. It was equipped with dishes and cookware to prepare breakfast and small meals. We only did breakfast but could’ve done other small meals if needed. Plenty of clean linens and towels were provided. There were some minor things like random pieces of candy found in the kitchen and on the stairs which suggest a thorough cleaning was not done but the beds and bathrooms were pretty clean. Also, the front door had to be held at the right position to lock which shocked us at first but we reached out to the host who quickly replied in assisting with any issues. The community pool was nice but had to call to have the lights indoor turned on. The hours showed 10am to 10pm but our first night the lights were not on. There’s no hot tub even though the check-in instructions suggest there is one. Overall this was a good experience and great location with everything needed to enjoy our vacation. Will definitely try to book again!!!

My family had planned a trip to a different city for this week, however, we saw that it was expected to storm the whole week. I found this rental that included an indoor pool, and that was all I needed for a vacation with my husband and our 7 year old! The pool was a typical indoor pool. The hot tub was boarded up so that was a bummer but not a big deal. The rental itself was awesome! One room with a large bed and one room with two bunk beds. No tv in room with bunk beds but thankfully that wasn’t an issue for our kiddo. Good kitchen! There was not any salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc. so know that going in. Two couches and a big tv was nice to nice. Deck out back!The walk way to the room had wood that was old and rickety, but a maintenance man was actually replacing these towards the end of our stay so I would not expect that to be an issue going forward for anyone. The only “issue” we ran into was two of our unused towels provided had stains on them. There were plenty of other clean towels available to use and a washer and dryer. The host offered to replace these towels, but it was unnecessary given the number of towels we still had left at this point in the trip. Communication with the host was amazing!!We will definitely be back, and I would recommend it!

There was nothing in the rules that were sent to me about the fireplace being only for decoration. There were instructions about the hot tub which made us think there was one useable. The only hot tub we saw was boarded up beside the pool. I was told we would receive reimbursement for 1 Dollywood ticket so I followed the instructions I was given and the people at the Welcome Center were confused and said there must be miscommunication with our host. So we unfortunately did not receive reimbursement.
