Condo had everything we needed. When I sent the host a message about an issue in the master bathroom they were very quick and responsive. Overall a very nice stay and convenient to everything you would want to do in Pigeon Forge.

Location was great, 5 miles from Dollywood and 30minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The unit was large with plenty of privacy for both my husband and I as well as our adult son. The deck was awesome as it faced the woods and was totally shaded allowing us to sit outside in the evening.

Clean, lots of extra towels, easy process.Improvements would be to note the pool key process and back door wouldn't lock. Overall good!

We had a great stay, we checked in on a Monday and left on a Thursday. We loved being so close to Dollywood. That was our main attraction to this place. We needed something big and pet friendly. We were thankful we were placed in a condo with no steps and was also on the end, with privacy. We loved being closer to the pool area as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Host was very communicative and gave us great suggestions of places to go. Condo was clean and very comfortable. We will be back to stay!

Lots of communication. Great location. We were snowed in most of the trip so we ddint get to see much of the property but close proximity to food and activities was nice

The house was lovley and the host was very kind and helpful when we had some trouble checking in, he also gave us some recommendation on things to do while there, There were plenty of things to do as we were only five minutes tops away from the strip and dollywood its self and only about 20 from Gatlinburg. Over all very nice stay!

The smell of pet urine hits you as you walk in the door. It gets worse as you go further inside. Pretty sure the recliner doubles as the dogs pee pad, at least it was dry. The traces of mice in the kitchen cabinets was also a nice touch. Our personal experience involved the upstairs neighbors making more noise than can accurately be described. The ceiling is paper thin and we could hear every conversation but of course it was a little difficult since they stomped on the floor above and apparently faced their speakers toward the floor FOR 6 STRAIGHT HOURS. They were kind enough to get quiet when the police stopped by but somehow got louder when they left. The host had zero sympathy once we asked to be moved. I usually keep negative reviews to myself and probably would have done that if the host had been willing to work with us.

For starters our host Samuel was amazing. His communication before and during our stay was great. Property was super clean!!! The reason why I gave a 3 star is because the whole reason I reserved this property was for the pool, fire pit and fireplace, NONE in which we were able to use. No offers of compensation for not providing what the property focused its listing on (Stylish Dollywood Retreat Pool Fire Pit) They need to add new skillets because the teflon is peeling off, unsafe to cook with. I had to go out and purchase a skillet during our stay. Neighbors above us sounded like a herd of elephants day and night. Don’t know if it was the actual neighbors or just thin ceiling/floor.

Don't Stay Here!

Soon as you walk in the door you easily notice bugs and webs in EVERY corner of the rooms. Hair & what looked like blood on the comforters, bugs on pillows. Told the host and he sent the cleaning crew out and they said it was clean which it was definitely not. We ended up staying elsewhere and he would NOT refund us! Don't waste your time and money here!

Rooms were very clean! Whenever I needed information or had a question, all I had to do was send an email to the host and it wasn’t even a minute or two I got a response! I would recommend this property as a number 1 choice! This was our third year staying in this property and as always, it is a five star rating!

I can’t say enough great things about costumer service. We had an issue with the AC upon arrival and it was fixed within two hours. However, the pictures are super misleading. This unit is basically in the basement. There’s a septic cleanout in the closet of the room with two beds and it smelled horrible. We couldn’t use the closet space. The entire place was consistently damp, even with the provided dehumidifier running nonstop (we had to empty multiple times per day).

La propiedad está en excelente estado, todo muy limpio y ordenado, respuesta inmediata cuando necesite algo. Se lo recomiendo a todo el que quiera pasar unos días en Pigen fort. Está cerca de la ciudad pero no tanto como para que moleste la bulla para descansar
