This stunning Highlands Ranch home offers stunning views with wide open spaces, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The stylish interior features a well-equipped kitchen, cozy areas, and comfortable bedrooms and best part beautiful landscaped yard and huge covered outdoor patio to enjoy all seasons!
Located near trails and outdoor activities, hospitals, shopping centers & Chatfield Reservoir
Note: Home has private basement with separate entrance rented to professional adult. Ask Q's if any!
Entire property is renovated with beautiful fixtures & all rooms have modern, clean, look. It's 3 Bedroom Unit in a 2 story home, 6 guests are preferred but to accommodate 8 guests that's also possible. You could recline the sofa to your comfort level if needed.
In addition to the functional and comfortable furniture, we include fast and free WiFi, TV channels, and Airplay equipped Flat Screen Smart TV which includes pre-installed applications such as You Tube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video etc. You can use your own credentials to view them, or 'cast' directly from your devices.
Note:
- Basement of home is rented long term to a professional adult. Quiet and very friendly. He has no access to upstairs and vice versa. Basement entrance is totally private and is through side gate of the house.
- Minimum 30+ days occupancy required to comply with City & Association regulations
Entire main level & upstairs unit. Front door entrance is located on the left of 2 car garage. The door of the home faces the south direction & backing up wide expansive open space. You might capture some wildlife :)
Parking is on the driveway and 2 car garage is also provided.

No Smoking of any kind - (inside and on patio $500 fine if found smoking)
Since this property is only for long term stays, removal of snow from walkway and driveway is Guests responsibility (Shovel is provided). One time essentials are also provided for your convenience!
Please follow "Good Neighbor Guidelines" and be considerate towards other families/guests next door and in the neighborhood. Quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00AM.
As part of our check-in process, we now require government-issued photo IDs for all adult guests once your reservation is confirmed with no exceptions. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone—thanks for your understanding!
QUIET HOURS: 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Separate Basement Unit is occupied long term . Any noise level should be kept at minimum like TV, music, conversations etc.
NO NUISANCE : Home is in peaceful family friendly neighborhood in residential area. Absolutely NO late and/or overnight parties inside or outside the home. No excessive foot traffic. Any complaints will lead to lower rating on AirBnB and penalties
NO Smoking of any kind INSIDE the rental home ($500 Fine if found smoking odor or any related evidence). Cigarettes or Cigars are allowed OUTSIDE ONLY ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts & litter.
Small PETs allowed during term of stay. Owner approval and additional deposit is required. MUST DISCLOSE PETS during booking request.
SNOW removal from walkway & garage driveway is guests responsibility (Shovel provided)
