Family Friendly Beach Vacation Home

Located in the quiet Grove by The Sea community with deeded beach access. This 3 story Florida Beach Cottage Style home has a very open floor plan, perfect for entertaining small and large families alike. Two master bedrooms (both with king size beds), a bunkroom that sleeps four (1 twin bunk bed and one queen bed), and a loft with a comfortable daybed and trundle. All rooms are spacious with hardwood floors throughout and shiplapped walls throughout main level and upstairs master.

Take a morning walks through the Sea Grove Community to the powder white sands of Sea Grove Beach. Spend all day at the beach, or escape to the three large covered porches where you can spend all afternoon reading or playing games.

When hunger sets in, prepare yourself something to eat in our fully-equipped, spacious kitchen, or bike down to Seaside for dinner and ice cream. One of two community pools is located just two lots down, and tennis courts a short walk away. Bicycles (use at your own risk) and beach chairs are also available. You will not be disappointed in our lovely home by the sea!

Beautiful beach home

Beautiful and comfortable beach house to make a week’s stay so nice & relaxing. Beds and furniture are great quality and comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more. The porches are perfect for relaxing and reading. Great location within walking or biking distances to beach and Seaside. Could not have had a more enjoyable stay!

Our favorite beach house!

This was our 4th stay in this rental house. We love it! Three outdoor porches, four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms meant everyone had space to gather or have a quiet spot. Things we really love about this house: Close to the beach and closer to the neighborhood pool. Quiet, family neighborhood.A well-stocked kitchen for cooking! Extremely comfortable den furniture that easily seats 8.Excellent patio furniture that seats 8 or more.Third floor barrel chairs were very comfy.Tasteful decor, uncluttered. Good pillows on each bed, comfy beds and bedding. The gas grill was clean! A responsible property manager! He called within minutes of my text on Sunday evening. We liked the new white exterior paint. We thought we would miss the screening on the front porch, but instead, there was better air flow with the overhead fans.

Awesome Spring Break!

We’ve spent many trips down at Seagrove, however this was our first time staying in this home. We loved it! Will definitely book there again!

Fantastic stay for a large group

The home was perfect for our group of 10, including several teenage boys. The gathering spaces were roomy and the smart TVs were appreciated. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with new appliances and a separate ice maker. The owner provided clear instructions from check-in to departure and was responsive when questions arose during the week. We will definitely return!

The best little beach house!

This is the house we always book for our vacations when it's available. It's in the most convenient area for us on 30A - close to Seaside and Publix and yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood away from the traffic. Easily walkable to the beach as well.

Great relaxing week

Really enjoyed our stay. House exceeded all our expectations. Easy check-in and communications with our host. House was well equipped and in great location. This was our third stay in the Grove neighborhood. We had a nice quiet week during our off season stay. Close to beach, town and enjoyed neighborhood pool.

Overall, it is a very beautiful property that is well located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The manager was very responsive to all of our requests, only issue was the amount of hot water seemed low after our shower. Otherwise, we look forward to our next stay at the property.

Our Favorite House

Our family of 5 adults have stayed here three summers. There's plenty of room for more people. Four BRs, 3.5 baths, lots of comfy seating in the den and outside on the three porches, a chef's kitchen, bikes and beach chairs! Meticulously clean. Can't wait to return next summer!

Great House - Great Location

We loved this house and it's layout. The house was comfortable and clean and we love the neighborhood (not our first time - liked this house better!). The house provides bikes and the ice machine is a great bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent. We'll look forward to booking again. :)

Great house and location

The house was beautiful, lots of porches, quick walk to pool, and easy access to beach. Only complaint was minimal towels provided at the site requiring us to wash a load each day to make sure we had enough. Everything else was great.

Beautiful home!!

The owner is super responsive to questions, etc! The home is actually prettier than in the photos! Located in our favorite neighborhood that is a quick walk or ride to the beach. This house does not dissapoint!

Together they love spending time with family and friends at the beach, lazy days on the shoreline, walks to Seaside for coffee in the morning or dinner in the evenings, and yoga at the local fitness studio, "Balance".

The small subdivision sets back off 30A and provides a buffer from all the hassle and bustle during busy tourist seasons making it a peaceful setting to relax on your porch with a book and let the children play outside. Then when you want to get in on all the action down at Seaside, its just a 1.5 mile bike ride or walk away!
