Welcome to Eagle's View at Lake Martin! This brand new construction lake home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an EV car charger, private beach, sleeps 16 people comfortably, and is the sister property to Eagle's Nest next door. From the moment you step into this home, you are greeted with nothing but luxury! The large designer kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet meals with beautiful stainless steel appliances, Caraway Cookware, an ice machine, a KitchenAid electric mixer, and a wine refrigerator in the pantry. There is plenty of seating along the beautiful marble kitchen island and in the dining room that is located just off of the living room.
The living area has a lovely vaulted ceiling with a stone fireplace and serves up the best views of the lake! Step out on to the expansive patio with multiple places to relax including a swing bed and a outdoor dining space. The primary suite is also on the first floor of this home and has a king size bed with outdoor access to the back patio. The ensuite bathroom wraps you in elegant comfort with a soaking tub, a double shower and a double sink vanity.
Heading upstairs, you will enter into the loft area that has another breathtaking view of the lake and a conversation area with a queen size sofa bed. If you need to get a little work done during your stay, there is an office equipped with a desk and a full size sofa bed. Two full bathrooms can also be found upstairs along with a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, both with their own private balcony. The bunk room is a kiddo's dream with 4 built-in twin bunks with 2 twin trundles underneath and a baby crib.
The outdoor space is like no other! There is a private beach area that is the perfect hang out spot with a fire pit and a covered gazebo for lakeside evenings. Eagle's View is a beautiful place for any guests that are used to being pampered so make plans for your Lake Martin visit soon!
**Eagle's View is the sister property to Eagle's Nest, another Big Fish rental that sleeps 6. Both can be rented out together for a negotiable rate. Please contact Big Fish Real Estate Group directly to book both. Eagle's View, however, is NOT pet friendly. If rented separately, beach access is for Eagle's View use only, and the boat dock and boat house access are for Eagle's Nest use only. Both properties share a driveway so please do not block access to either property. This home is equipped with a back up Generac generator.**
PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.

All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
Please always leave trash bins on the road to ensure trash pick-up is not missed.
