This Executive Lake House located in Dadeville, AL has all the amenities that will make your vacation one of a lifetime! From a firepit to gameroom it has everything you could ask for. This home is set on almost three acres of property which gives you privacy most don't! Bring the boat and tie up to the pier in this quite cove that also offers great swimming! A short walk away is some of the best hiking trails in Alabama that you can enjoy with the family. Come make memories that will last a lifetime!!

This is a five bedroom and four bathroom home with sleeping accommodations as follows:
Third Floor - Two master bedrooms with a king bed in one and queen in the other. Each room has its own full bathroom
Second Floor - A queen bed in each of the two rooms on the second floor and one full bath.
Bottom Floor - Two sets of bunk beds in the bedroom and one full bath

We were here for our nieces wedding. The house was perfect for our family, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Wonderful game and movie room, which our grandchildren loved. The owner responded to my questions quickly. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor patio had plenty of seating for all of us. The patio overlooked the lake with a beautiful view.Would highly recommend this rental.

We had an amazing stay at this home and the owner was extremely easy to work with as well as very quick to respond to everything. The home was well furnished and we had absolutely no problems with anything at all.

Positives: Great communication and check-in and the house actually fit my family quite well. However, that's where the positives end. Overall, the property is very dated and needs a lot of work. Web pictures do not reflect the actual property.-The yard/grounds were not serviced prior to arrival. The yard was not mowed, the sidewalks and back patio were not blown off, and the front wooden fence is falling down.- The front screen door is busted- The grill on back patio is filthy, and the grill hood is broken- Refrigerator Ice maker and water dispenser is broken- Many light bulbs throughout house need replacing- Some light fixtures are broken- TV and fan remotes are a quagmire to find and operate- Kitchen cam opener is broken- Lights on the back patio are partially inoperative and bulbs need replacing- ran out of toilet paper and trash bags- no fireplace wood on patio, we carried it from the front yard- Shower curtain liner had mold on it- Downstairs shower water would not get hot- Poor quality linens and pillows- No cushions for main level outdoor furniture- Insufficient lake/beach towels- Dock furniture broken and unusable- bath/kitchen mats need cleaning or replaced

The home was very spacious, and the large yard made it feel somewhat secluded. It was 40-45 minutes to Jordan-Hare. We already booked the home again next year.

Wonderful place for a large group. A great setup with multiple bedrooms, multiple TVs, a great entertainment room, and terrific water access. Bring the kids a fishing pole as the lake has plenty to catch and release.

Great house, great location!We will definitely stay here again. Everything was exactly as described or better.Main level: well-stocked kitchen, (regular coffee pot and Keurig), dining table, large sectional sofa, and tv. Also, two queen bedrooms with bath in between. Not a jack and jill. Upstairs: Two primary bedrooms both with private baths.Downstairs (basement level) there was a bunk room with two sets of bunks, and a full bathroom. The laundry room (with an extra full-size refrigerator), game/media room with large tv and recliners were also on the basement level. You enter outdoor kitchen and firepit area from this level.We brought our 24-foot tri-toon. Docking was easy. We found that backing out of the slough was easier. That was just our preference.The kids enjoyed swimming off the pier. There are steps to enter water. The house is located at the end of a slough, so no boat traffic at all.The outdoor kitchen was great. As was the firepit!Brandon was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. Can't wait to return!

Great Property/Location

This home is perfect for a large family. It is a great size, has an amazing theater/entertainment room and has everything you will need for your stay. The house is in a great location, close to everything by boat. It is situated in a nice little slough, so you aren't affected by boats constantly passing by. I would highly recommend this home.

The property was amazing and beautiful. The location of the property was perfect. It was close to chimney rock and a few restaurants and had its dock for our rental boat! This one of my favorite properties I’ve stayed at on VRBO and is the only place I will stay when I come back to lake Martin. Brandon was a great host and very responsive to all of our questions. 10/10 would recommend and you won’t regret it.

Great Family Lake House

We had the best family vacation at this house! The yard and dock were so kid friendly! We loved the fir pit for S’mores and the kids enjoyed the “movie theatre” and games!! Would love to visit again!

Relaxing Oasis & Fun for All Ages

We enjoyed our Spring Break at this wonderful home. Two families, 4 kids (ages 4-8), and it was perfect! Games, movies, and Foosball on the one rainy day and many hours of outside play, fires, and breathtaking sunrises. We cannot wait to visit again!

We had an amazing graduation weekend at this home. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The house is really well stocked. I had everything I needed for the week including Tupperware, all the cookware (including slow cooker) and Keurig/drip coffee maker. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Wood was available and fire pit was gas and easy to use. We did a lot of fishing off the dock and rented a boat to hook up for a few days with no issue. There are a lot of stairs if you have elderly people and smalls steps leading into the front door from the driveway. The unit has 2 bedrooms on main floor (queen beds) and the primary bedroom as well as second large bedroom on 3rd level (upstairs) and one bunk room on lowest level (downstairs from the main). I noticed they provided gates for young kids. Also the functional patio with the fire pit and outdoor wood burning fireplace is down the stairs on the lowest leve. The dock is access from the lowest level and their are steps off patio to go to the dock and a hill. Living room was super comfortable as well as beds and young adult kids enjoyed the movie room/poker table. Property was clean and comfortable.

Good for large group

The home was perfect for our group of 11 (even had extra room). There are some a few things that need a little of attention on the property, nothing major. Our family had a fantastic time on the lake.
