The Space:

Designed with both comfort and convenience in mind, this thoughtfully arranged first-floor apartment features a spacious master suite and a modern kitchen that will make you feel right at home. Whether you're winding down for a quiet night in or getting ready for a day out in the city, every detail is in place to ensure a seamless and relaxing stay.



Floor Plan Highlights:

🌟 Master Bedroom – Features a queen-size bed and a private en suite bathroom for ultimate comfort.

🌟 Fully Equipped Kitchen – Includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove—perfect for home-cooked meals or a quiet night in.

🌟 Sitting Area – Small area off the kitchen with a twin sleeper sofa and TV, ideal for relaxing or accommodating an extra guest.



Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.



Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens

Guest Access:

When booking, you will have exclusive access to the home. You’ll enjoy the entire space to yourself during your stay. However, we kindly ask that you be respectful of other renters and shared spaces within the building.



Parking: While on-site parking is not available, guests have access to a designated spot just around the corner. Please note that parking in the dedicated lot is not permitted on Sundays between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, but all on-street parking is complimentary on Sunday.

Cannonborough is a lively neighborhood filled with personality. It’s known for its colorful homes, artisan coffee shops, and local bakeries. It’s a favorite for foodies and creatives. Walk to King Street in minutes or explore neighborhood gems like Sugar Bakeshop and Xiao Bao Biscuit. The vibe here is relaxed, young, and welcoming.



Getting Around:

Enjoy a quick 4-minute drive to Market Street and the Historic District, where you can immerse yourself in Charleston’s rich culture and charm. The area is extremely safe, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.



🏙️ Noise Notice:

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:

⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.



🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



🏠 We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



🔌 We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.



🧹 If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.



🚗 Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.



🚫 Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.



🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.

Interaction with Guests:

Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. This cute little apartment has plenty of amenities to make you comfortable. It's a little slanty and definitely not soundproof (from the outside nor other adjoining apartments) but it is a cozy respite from the busy King street traffic a couple blocks away. The hosts add plenty of touches to make it unique.

Could not get either tv to work. Called host not much help. Disappointed neither tv worked not sure what is going with them. Other wise worked good for what we needed

The space is very well located. You are very close to King Street and there was designated off street parking which was very important to us. There is a phenomenal bagel place less than a half a block away and a well stocked bodega nearby so it is a great place to stay for anyone who is hoping to be out and about on foot in Charleston. It was not an issue for us, but I do want to honest about the floors being very sloped and uneven in the property (not uncommon for historical properties) because I do feel this would be a problem for those with balance issues or anyone with even a slight mobility challenge.
