One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed at. House is beautiful and love how the owner’s suite is on the main floor with the kids above.

We loved staying at this historic house. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with up-to-date appliances and even coffee and tea (usually we tea drinkers are neglected!) We hung out on the front porch and the back patio, took walks to get ice cream, dinners, and antique shopping and of course, rode bikes on the many bike trails. It was quiet at night, the beds were comfortable, and the added fans in the bedrooms were a welcome addition. Communication with the owner was seamless. We would definitely love to come again.

This was a fabulous home to stay in! It is so beautiful and very clean. It fit our family of 6 and a grandparent really well. We were visiting Cedarville University and the location was great. The hosts were great at communication, and you can tell they love their home and love to host people. We will for sure be back!

This was a great house in a great location. We loved the historic decor and feel. The house was very clean and didn't have the dust/smell that often accompanies an older house. Modern amenities and plenty of parking. We had a great stay.

We had three generations (8 people) staying in this home to experience the Xenia bike trails. Accordingly, we appreciated the location near the trails, and the bike racks provided on the property. The bikes are not protected from the elements, so plan accordingly. Some extra special features of the stay included using the large barbeque grill and eating outdoors. The indoor dining room table was also large. I enjoyed the way this home from the early 1900's was tastefully upgraded for the modern era. It was surprising how well-suited the home turned out to be for hosting toddlers. The beds received mixed reviews, but that is not particularly unusual. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

We’ve stayed in many vrbos. This was hands down the most beautiful place we’ve ever had the privilege of staying. It was the perfect girls weekend! We had a lot of space to spread out. Our favorite was all the lovely fireplaces. We felt very safe. (Last year we stayed somewhere different and did not have that secure feeling.) The owners thought of all the amenities! Check-in processes super easy. Great communication w/owner. Especially appreciated laundry baskets, seasonal decor, special treats! Was fun to sit around and imagine the history of this place! We will most definitely return and highly recommend to anyone!

Architectural gem of a Victorian home in excellent spotless condition. Six fireplaces with lovely tile (was it Rookwood?), mantles and metal firebox covers. Elaborate wooden fretwork dividers above pocket door arches. Older home charm with updated conveniences. Modern kitchen and baths.

Absolutely spectacular home. So much character with beautiful wood throughout. Very clean, comfy beds and nice towels with laundry available. 5 star! Would stay again!

Our Manor is located in the heart of Downtown Xenia. We are 1 block off of Main St and one block from the soon to be new Xenia Market District! Restaurants, coffee and the bike path are all within walking distance.
