Perfect location downtown near dining, shopping and trolley stop. Very well-stocked condo with comfortable bed. Would stay here again!

Located right downtown. So you can walk everywhere but it’s a little busy. Place was very clean and cozy. Bed was perfect. Nice bathrooms and toiletries were a bonus. Parking - do yourself a favor and park in the city lot and just load and unload at the place. Nice stay. Thanks.

The property worked out perfectly for us. It was nice to be able to walk to town. The unit itself was perfect for two people. The place was clean. The host and property manager were easy to reach and responded quickly when I contacted them. I would definitely return.

Wonderful location. Very cozy and comfortable. Just a few things that were simple fixes such as the kitchen sink faucet handle kept coming off and the toilet seat upstairs was broken but easy fix.

Very clean, had all the amenities we needed and very conveniently located. Not much parking but they provide parking right across the street, so it was not a problem. We had an excellent time and would rebook. We saw several elk right outside. We thought we had the rental for another day and I felt awful the cleaning crew was waiting, but they were so kind and even gave us the name of a place we could book last minute which was so appreciated. Lucky was so gracious as well. Highly recommend!

The property was wonderful. We have stayed at several properties because we go to Estes annually for about that past 10 years. This is by far one of our favorites. Next year we hope to get his property and we want to stay longer next time. The property was very clean, new carpet, and it was a great location.

Location provided excellent access to everything in town, though the daily traffic passing right in front of the building was noisy when doors were open. There are numerous small items that need attention (upstairs bath toilet seat detached, handle off cabinet drawer; downstairs bathroon door only attached by 2 of 3 hinges; poor lighting in general to name a few). Overall the unit needs a refresh and feels overpriced for the condition and provided amenities. BUT we loved the location in the center of things in wonderful Estes.

Had a great stay at the Lofts of Estes! Communicated with the owner and the manager about checking in early and they were able to let us know a few hours before check-in that the room was ready early! They did let me know that checking in early was dependent on the previous guests & cleaning so no guarantee but worth asking.Location was incredible- walk outside and you’re on the river walk immediately! Loft itself was lovely, two full baths and so much space for relaxing. Checkout process was also so easy and quick. Already planning on booking here for our next trip to Estes!

This was a great location and we were able to walk to nearly everywhere we wanted to go. The space was clean and comfortable and the manager was friendly when we asked to check in a bit early.

Really lovely spot and so close to the park! Was able to get to our favorite trails quickly and enjoyed unwinding in front of the fireplace and tv. Super comfortable bed, too!
