What a beautiful loft! We loved how we didn't have to get in our car to go shop or eat and how close it was to all the trail we wanted to hike in RMNP! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the fireplace and the location. Enjoyed eating at the Bird and Jim Restaurant.

Fantastic condo, the balcony overlooking the river is amazing, the sound of the water is very soothing. Right downtown everything is within walking distance, Elk came into town and just walked the sidewalks. I would recommend this place again and again, can't wait to come back

My sister and I came to celebrate her 25th birthday in Estes Park. The River view was beautiful. The loft was way bigger than I expected and so cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the fire place. The location was absolutely perfect and we shopped until our feet hurt. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The location was perfect! We walked almost everywhere. The condo was just as shown, and very clean. I would highly recommend this place.

This unit is centrally located with ample parking. Although parking may get tight when there is an event in town we have always found a parking spot. The unit is spacious, immaculate and very well equipped. Very comfortable. Communications with the owner is excellent. We highly recommend this unit.

Lovely, comfortable one bedroom apartment right downtwon Estes Park. Quiet, and lovely corner unit near river walk with lovely sound of running river outside the deck.

Condo was perfectly placed in downtown Estes Park, with convenient access to parking. The perfect location for a fun getaway weekend. Communication was great with the host, getting answers to all of our questions. Would highly recommend.

The loft was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy our weekend in Estes Park. We used the included parking pass to park our car when we arrived. The property was centrally located and we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and along the River Walk right out the door. It was wonderful to sit on the small balcony and watch/hear the river. The property was quiet, clean and had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We were just here for a quick stay on a 2-week road trip. The location was perfect, roomy, and quiet. This was definitely our favorite place so far.

Great Location

This beautiful and clean loft exceeded our expectations. We were right in the heart of shops and restaurants with the relaxing river for a view. We would love to go back again!

We stayed a few days in mid-October. Condo was very comfortable and supplied (except for coffee filters). We really enjoyed it!
