Location was amazing! Close to downtown for easy walking to shops and restaurants. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

This was a wonderful place to stay walking distance to the town. The free tram ride was amazing to get around the town. We will be coming back.

Absolutely loved this place! First-class yet cozy and comfortable. And the convenience to downtown (everything in walking distance) cannot be overstated. Highly recommend for any couple wanting to visit Estes Park and RMNP!

This unit is in an excellent location, and we never had to move our car. We could walk the river, the downtown shopping area, and even walked to Safeway. The living room could really use some lamps. The only light in the room was the overhead light on the ceiling fans. But this was a comfortable place to stay while enjoying Estes Park. Would stay here again.

The Lofts at Estes Park were a perfect place to stay for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park! It was a right in town, but removed enough to be cozy. Parking was very easy (there's a few spots on the property and a parking pass for the public lot across the street if needed). And the location just can't be beat - walkable to restaurants and shops and only a 20 minute drive to the entrance of the park. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location. Parking is a little hard to maneuver at times. If other guests at condo parked normal, you could get more cars in front of condo. Parking across the street was busy for the time of season I was there, at least I had a pass and didn't have to pay. My only complaint is that the shower water never got hot. I couldn't even call it luke warm. Other than that, location was perfect!!!

This condo is in a fantastic location and our host was very responsible and kind. It had all the amenities we needed and was clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

This property is perfect for a visit to Estes Park. We were able to go early to Rocky Mountain NP to see lots of elk and deer, several moose and wild turkeys and a red fox. We then enjoyed the rest of our weekend exploring all the shops and several restaurants in Estes Park. What a lovely town. The property is right in town so we could walk everywhere. It has all the things necessary for your stay. We loved our time at The Lofts.

Overall a great location and setup. Air conditioning was not on upon arrival and was hotter inside than outside. I do suggest to owners to upgrade by at least adding an additional air conditioner unit downstairs. Although we were able to get it to cool off, mainly by opening windows and pulling cool night air in with fans. It did warm back up during the days beacuse the one A/C unit upstairs was not adequate on days over 85 degrees outside. Once we got it cool inside it was a great unit and great location to walk to downtown Estes Park, right by Elkhorn Avenue for shopping and dining.

Conveniently located in the center of everything. Suggestion to owner.. get 2 - 3 way lamps in each area to improve lighting. Put in a dresser and a tack for hanging clothes. Thank you

Great downtown location

This is a great location and perfect for our stay in Estes Park. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in downtown area and a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.
