Wonderful location, walkable to all the sites in Old City. Beds were super comfortable, we all sleep great!

The property was perfect for a Philly adventure. Everything was either walkable distance or just train ride away.The host was responsive to emails and communication was timely.The unit we rented was the top floor, it was clean inside and had basic necessities.

Everything regarding the stay was perfect! The place was clean, quiet, and it had the best AC for the hot and humid days, which was a plus! I had read a review about a bar downstairs and was a little worried that it would be noisy, but the apartment is on the 6th floor and we didn’t hear any noise. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to site see and had plenty of great restaurants nearby. My family and I totally recommend this place. Check in/out was easy and convenient. The owner was a great communicator who checked in via email, he was quick to respond when I emailed him. Our stay was May 2026.

Property was clean, well air conditioned, and in a perfect location to see the historic sites. Restaurants, stores and museums within walking distance. Felt safe when walking around in the neighborhood in the evening. It would have been nice to be made aware of the multiple doors and hallways one needs to go through to get to the apartment. Struggled to get correct information about the WiFi services and there was at least one mouse/rat. Do not leave ANYTHING out on the counters. Fan in the restroom was annoying loud. Just letting you know. Thanks overall, an average place to stay.

The room was clean and met our needs perfectly. The halls were crowded with construction supplies and dirt. The noise from the bar below was really unfortunate. The location was perfect. Easy walk around Old City. The host was great. He was very communicative throughout the entire process. There is plenty of parking around. However, it’s not free. Nice stay. I’d absolutely go back.
