Very comfortable and homelike. Perfect location. Everything was working. It was beer hot during our visit the “Rocky Mountain air conditioning” worked well but does take some interaction and thought.

The cottage was perfect for our family weekend get-away. It was so nice to be able to bring the dogs, too. The cottage was spacious and well equipped. We had a wonderful time!

Great stay

House was clean, cozy and well equipped. We enjoyed the location. Close to the river, mountainbike trails and food.

One of the best VRBO's we have ever used. Spotlessly clean, well-stocked, easy parking, fantastic location near local amphitheater, downtown shops, river, amd playground. Very roomy, also.

Convenient location, but wouldn’t consider this an optimal house for pets. There is no direct access to the backyard through the house and the majority of the inside is carpeted. We encountered a fair amount of beetles and bugs inside the house in bathrooms and the kitchen and bedrooms.

Very comfortable house in a great location! Easy walking to shops and restaurants and nice place to hang when not out and about.

The location to downtown and the river walk was amazing - just a few blocks to shops and restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet. Nice size bedrooms.

Great Place close to River Oark and Downtown

Loved this house, the location was a highlight and I also loved how big the living area, dining room and kitchen was. Grill on the porch was an added bonus

Great Location, comfy house

Loved staying so close to all of the downtown activity without being in the noise of it. House is lovely, quiet and perfect for two friends - each having our own bedroom and bath.

Great location

This property has the best location. Short walk to the river park, grocery stores and down town. Property has everything you need, including small back yard for the dogs.
