Just a few blocks from Salida's historic Downtown, this unit is within walking distance of parks, shopping, restaurants, bars and Arkansas River access. The Salida Farmer's Market is held just one block away on Saturday mornings, where you will find fresh baked breads, organic fruits and vegetables, and locally produced artisanal foods (June-October). 5th & D is minutes away from wold-class hiking, kayaking, fishing, biking, skiing, and hot springs. Very clean and well stocked with everything that was needed to make our 2 day stay very pleasant!

Great Property

We loved our stay at this property! It was clean, cozy and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! The property was within walking distance of downtown Salida which has a great vibe! Jennifer was a great hostess who was available when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again as we loved Salida and this VRBO!

Lovely home, great location

We very much enjoyed our stay in Salida and this house was really comfortable. It's attractive furnished and is just a few blocks away from the downtown area, so we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, etc. It would be nice to go back with another couple (it has two comfortable bedrooms), but it has only one, really small, bathroom, so it works best as lodging for two people.

Just perfect!

This had just what we wanted: clean, great bed and shower, tastefully decorated, and an easy walk to downtown. Excellent communication. Our new favorite place to stay in Salida!

Perfect for Salida stay

Weekend Getaway

Property was great for our group of 4. Good location and cute style. Had all of the amenities we needed, lots of kitchen utensils and towels. Property was nicer than photos looked. I would stay again, simple and easy check in!

Perfect location

This place went way beyond our expectations! Everything we needed and then some. Quiet and charming. It's a perfect spot to walk to everything in town. We hope to stay here again next summer!

Walkable Salida!

Very nicely appointed end unit 1/2 mile from downtown & Riverfront Park. Occasional local street noise (vehicles passing by) but otherwise quiet & comfortable. Nice kitchen, utensils, & spice rack, which we appreciated as we mostly ate in. Lots of outdoor activities in the area. Loved walking around town looking at all the quaint homes.

Perfect and Quaint

Great location near downtown. We were able to walk to the bakery and coffee shop every morning of our stay. Located around a couple of older church buildings so it was a beautiful and peaceful stroll. The park is also about a block away and it is a very relaxing area away from the busier local shops but close enough to walk to them. The interior was cozy and well appointed with all the necessary things. Downtown Salida did not disappoint.

Wonderful place in perfect location!

Super charming, perfectly located place in downtown Salida. We cooked multiple meals and never had to use our car to visit the town. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Great Salida house

This row house is great! The location can’t be beat easy walking distance to downtown and the river. It was exactly as described and clean, such a great place to set up home base while you enjoy Salida and surrounding area. You couldn’t ask for anything more.
