The house is adorable when you walk in. It’s fresh and clean. Nice big TV comfortable sofa. The beds are comfortable plenty of amenities and will be staying here again when I have to come to town.

Frank's house was absolutely lovely. I ended up having a better stay than I anticipated. Everything was super comfortable, clean. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable I've slept on. All of the linens and things were of higher quality. The furnishings and decor were perfect and lovely. Everything had its place. Frank went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was just great!

We’ve stayed in the Palm Bay Area 4 times now and Franks property was the nicest and cleanest by a long shot. Check in was easy, communication was great and he very hospitable. The neighborhood was very nice and the neighbors were friendly. Would gladly stay at this location again

This is one of the most thoughtfully appointed properties I've ever booked. You truly have everything you need for a stay, whether that's hitting the beach or an extended business or leisure trip. There's even a coffee bar. The host is also extremely responsive. We had 2 issues during our stay...a broken microwave and a leak in the bathroom. The microwave was replaced within 20 minutes of notification, but the leak in the bathroom did inconvenience us as my wife had to miss a day of meetings in order to wait for the plumber since we were traveling with our dog and didn't want any issues. The pictures are absolutely representative of the property. What you see is what you get. That said there still needs to be some improvement. The rugs in the bedrooms are worn and need replacing. If you're traveling with pet(s) know the backyard is not fenced. Also the house is wood frame construction and tends to be a bit damp (we had rain pretty much our entire stay) and the AC seems to struggle to keep up. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need but the knives definitely need sharpening. The bathroom is a problem spot. The toilet runs and if you're not careful you'll stay with the bathtub spigot in your hand when you turn on the shower. It's totally loose. We reported all issues, but the last two were not repaired during our stay.If you're not a type A personality you'll probably love this place.

Thank you for you review. I’m grateful for your kind remarks on the decor, we have worked extremely hard at providing a well decorated and original fun theme while providing several conveniences including the stocked coffee bar, throughout the home. To clarify for future guests,Florida’s extended summer heat is significant, which is why we replaced the whole system inside and out just a year ago. It is operating to specs and was cooling the home during this stay. The carpets in the bedroom are approximately a year old and are maintained regularly. We did replace the microwave within 20 minutes and had a plumber onsite same day. We are sorry for the inconvenience of someone waiting for a plumber, the owner did offer to be onsite… to help.

Our stay was awesome! Me and a few buddies drove down from Maryland to hunt gators. We had everything we needed on site. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was clean and ready for use. We spent a good amount of time on the back deck grilling. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Close access to local restaurants and beaches. All about it was a good time! 10/10 Highly recommend!
