The properties were nice, spacious, well-decorated, and with a direct view of and access to the beach. Bedrooms were all fairly clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and all amenities were suitable for accommodating our large group. The owners were also very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Overall a very nice set of properties that allowed us to host a fun, comfortable weekend retreat.

Great place but was not clean prior to our arrival. Made the owner aware and we cleaned up. Sent list to owner and never received a reply. We’ve used another home belonging to this owner many times and had absolutely no complaints. This time was disappointing in the house but we had a great time.

We are very sorry you had an unpleasant experience in our home. No excuses on our part but a new staff member that was in charge of the cleaning of the home didn't do the job up to our standards and didn't follow our cleaning guidelines, needless to say that person is no longer working for us. We take the greatest pride in providing our guests with the most pleasant experience in our homes and the way this home was is not acceptable to us. Sorry.

Heavenly Views

Our stay at this property was very satisfactory! There are plenty of towels and the AC works which is important in this Texas heat! We had 17 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone!

Great property

New years Eve stay

This is our second year in a row to stay here and it was just as great this time as last year. Location and home are great for a large group and we hope to do it again next year.

Family Reunion

Myself and 16 family members met here for a reunion and had the best time. The house was amazing, the kids all loved the pirate ship bed. Plenty of room for everyone. Would absolutely stay again n

There is no home like this home, the amenities are endless, the home was purchased brand new in 2008 and was completely remolded in 2021, all appliances, furniture, bedding and the decking is huge, massive and the view in incredible. Just a few yards from the beach without having to climb sand dunes and other unpleasant objects. this is the house every one talks about in Surfside Beach, Texas. Come see why for yourself.

Huge decking freshly painted with a brand new picnic table and the beachy fresh colors inside, lavender, peach, pink, light blue, light green amazing colors on the inside of this home. Clean spacious and fully stocked kitchen, dining area with a table and 6 chairs, great living room with comfortable furniture and the view is amazing.
