SPECIAL RATES APPLY

Special holidays such as Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas... etc have minimum nights required and special holiday rates.

Just remodeled the entire house from floors to ceilings with INDOOR AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE, easy access ramp. 4 bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 baths, flat screen TVs, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, huge wrap around decking, up stairs balcony with an incredible ocean view, free WiFi, BBQ pit, outside shower and very comfortable furniture.

Pets are welcome in our home with an additional pet fee.
Pet fees are determined as follows:
Pets weighing less than 20 lbs: $100.00 per pet
Pets weighing more than 20 lbs: $150.00 per pet

Worked week enough for us.Had a couple of small issues that were dealt with promptly.Overall a good experience. Location to the beach access is close and easy to walk kids to the beach.

Great space for a big group

Our stay was perfect. I was so surprised at how large the home is, as well as the decks. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, although it is a house or two down the street we still had a beach front view from both decks. In addition, the beach itself is so much fun-- we can't wait for our next Visit.

Memorial Getaway

This was exactly the getaway we needed. The 17 of us were looking for a big family friendly place walking distance from the beach with a view. The owner was very attentive and helpful. Great memories that will last forever started here.

Perfect house for large group

This was the perfect house for a large group! Awesome views, right next to the beach, clean, and sleeping for 20. Zuhair was very attentive and answered his phone any time I had a question. Highly recommend!

Reunion retreat

My childhood friends and I rented this beach house for a weekend reunion. It was perfect! Direct beach access, the large patios were perfect for our large group; the kitchen was large enough to accommodate many cooks simultaneously - we will definitely be booking for our future reunions!

Bachelor Weekend

The house was very accomodating for multiple guests and at a great price. The owner was very understanding when we had to re-schedule weekends due to a family emergency. Very, very appreciative of that! Great view of the ocean and close walking distance to the beach.

Awesome house & a perfect location!

One of the best vacations we’ve taken in awhile. The house comfortably slept our 22 guests and had almost everything we needed during our stay. The owners were great and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this beach house for a relaxing getaway. The beach itself was so nice and not too crowded. We will for sure be back! :)

Great location and plenty of Room

Had a wonderful St Patrick’s weekend and plenty of room for our large family. House had wonderful views and just a few steps from the beach. Everything was very clean and all beds were nice and comfortable. And since no place is perfect, our only problem was that it just needed cookie sheets. Hard to bake biscuits without them 😆 Thanks for the lovely rental opportunity.

Family Reunion

This is the second time we have rented Heavenly Views as it is perfect for our extended family of 12. The kitchen is big enough for several people to be working together without tripping over each other. The beach is close enough to walk to and not crowded at all. The outside deck is perfect for morning coffee, family dinners and evening cocktails.

Just perfect for women's church retreat

Had a lovely time and the owner was very responsive to our needs especially when the coffee pot didn't work. It wasn't the Hyatt but it was sufficient for our purpose.

10 Year Anniversary With the Family

My whole family flew down to texas to spend my husband and my 10 year Wedding Anniversary with us and we rented this beach house. It was plenty large enough for the 9 adults, 1 child, 1 baby and 2 dogs. Other than the unpredictable "not-so-great" weather, our trip was a success and we really enjoyed our stay here!

Great return trip!

This isn't our first time staying in heavenly views. We visit surfside every year and this is the one house I've rebooked! Owners and managers are super friendly and accommodating. The home is very well stocked with the basics, I'm not having to pack my house and take with me for the week. All you need is your clothes, beach gear and your groceries!! Super clean!! And great beach a cess and views!
