Special holidays such as Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas... Etc have minimum nights required and special holiday rates.

Just remodeled the entire house from floors to ceilings with INDOOR AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE, easy handicapped ramp, 4 bedrooms, Purified drinking water machine, 2 & 1/2 baths, queen bed, 3 full beds, many day beds 4 new Bunk beds (3 twin over twin and another new Bunk bed Full over twin), 2 flat screens TVs, stocked kitchen, purified drinking water machine, comfortable beds, huge wrap around decking, up stairs balcony with an incredible ocean view. Streaming TV, free Internet, BBQ pit, outside shower and very comfortable furniture.

Pets are welcome in our home with an additional pet fee for ALL pets brought to the home. Pet fees are determined as follows:
Pets weighing less than 20 lbs: $100.00 per pet
Pets weighing more than 20 lbs: $150.00 per pet

Family Reunion

Myself and 16 family members met here for a reunion and had the best time. The house was amazing, the kids all loved the pirate ship bed. Plenty of room for everyone. Would absolutely stay again n

Great location and plenty of Room

Had a wonderful St Patrick’s weekend and plenty of room for our large family. House had wonderful views and just a few steps from the beach. Everything was very clean and all beds were nice and comfortable. And since no place is perfect, our only problem was that it just needed cookie sheets. Hard to bake biscuits without them 😆 Thanks for the lovely rental opportunity.

Birthday weekend

The location and views to the beach was everything.. getting in the house was easy..kitchen was really spacious and nice . Furniture outside was very outdated and rusty and pillows was dirty.. we found stains on sheets, shower wall was cracked and had dried up blood..they listed the property 6 bedroom 3 bathroom. It really was 4 bedroom 21/2 bathroom with beds in open space and extra bed in living room and master bedroom..Also they charged $750 for Hosts services which no one did anything or contacted me for anything..I would definitely return to the beach but not the house...

Fantastic Stay

There were 22 of us and everyone had a blast. The property was in a terrific location. We had one problem with the outdoor shower but the owners were quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Surfside Heavenly Views

This was a perfect location for our women’s retreat. We actually rented two homes side by side which housed all 49 of our participants. The ramp was helpful for our older members! Access to the beach was amazing.

Location is everything

Lots to be disappointed about (terrible broken shower head, water dispenser with NO water, kitchen poorly equipped for feeding a crowd, minimal towels for such an exorbitant towel cleaning fee, small dining table falling apart) but such a great time was had despite these things, because we got to spend time at the beach with friends. The walk to the beach was short, We slept well, ate outside, and tv worked great for kids to not go crazy inside the small house. For the number of people it was a low quality deal.

Great Location

This location was a one minute walk from the deck of the house to the beach. Beautiful white sand beaches with a very private atmosphere. The house had plenty of room for our large group however some of the fixtures needed to be updated in bathrooms with missing shelves and a few areas showing wear. Overall a nice stay.

Great Location, great bones but…

This home is in the perfect location for easy access to the beach and spacious enough for my 20+ family members. The home looks like the pictures but is a weathered version. The managers were nice enough to allow us to visit early where we observed it is weathered but I chalked it up to being near the water and we moved forward with the stay. Upon arrival the lockbox had no key but the property was unlocked so we were able to enter but unable to leave the home unattended. I notified them the next morning (8am) and they came around 3pm replaced the key and changed the locks. The first night we had to rewash every pot, pan and knife used because there was dried food attached to them. The first night my aunt reported she woke up bc a roach crawled near her in her bed. After that every night and morning someone discovered a roach or two in the bathrooms or the kitchen. The shower downstairs was clogged with something and my mother had to plunge it on the 2nd night. The upstairs shower requires you to hold a button for it to work properly. There were holes in the wall in 1 or 2 of the bedrooms according to other family members. The patio though it offers a nice view most of the furniture looks worn including one of the chairs was missing a slat or two where you should sit. Also, the dining table seemed wobbly so we never ate at the table and used it for storage instead. The home has potential but the cleanliness needs to be re-evaluated, extermination needs to occur and new furniture should be purchased or at the very least repaired. We also arrived and there was only two trash bags though they ended up bringing us more, enough for a 4 day stay with 20 people should have been provided. We asked to check in an hr early but we’re declined the request for the reason of the cleaners needing to come but we arrived and as I mentioned much of the kitchen was dirty including dishes, hand soap hadn’t been restocked nor paper towels or trash bags as I mentioned. We had to have family members who arrived late stop at the store got those supplies we had begun assured would be provided. Overall we had a good time because family time is invaluable and being that close to the beach is a plus but I was disappointed with the state of the home.

Beach wedding

My son had his wedding on the beach ..we enjoyed being so close we could walk to beach. Enjoyed large deck for reception..the only two things that I didn't like was we never could get the regular coffee pot to work..I think some of the buttons are broke..and you have to drive the golf cart a long way to get on the beach because it is a one way. But all in all it was a great trip.

Wonderful weekend for our company

I took my small staff to the beach for the weekend and the house did not disappoint ! It’s right on the water practically ! Beds super comfortable and the kitchen easy to figure out . Cleaning list was a bit intimidating but i understand that with a house that sleeps 30 you would need to be! We look forward to another trip here next year !

Bad experience

Arrived to a clogged toilet, cleaners didn’t come by until 10pm. Sand all over the house, bed, sheets. Furniture was worn out and not sturdy at all. For a house that sleeps up to 30 people, no big pots or dishes. They didn’t supply anything, be prepared to buy your own dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, knifes, clothes detergent, cleaning supplies, EVERYTHING! Washer and dryer full of sand, we bought a vacuum to clean out the machines. All that’s was provided was a broom and dust pan. A future renter came to visit the house while we were staying there and said they got “permission.” I was livid! Property manager claims otherwise. At the end of stay, according to the clean up sheet provided, DO NOT STRIP bedsheets, make the bed and fold blanket neatly and place at foot of bed. They don’t wash the bed linen!!!! Never will rent from them again.
