Enjoy a peaceful stay at this brilliant 1-bedroom condo in Miramar Beach. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable king bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub and shower, and a hairdryer for your convenience. In the additional living space, you'll find a sofa bed and twin bunk beds located in a cozy nook in the hall, ideal for extra guests or children. The Kitchen boasts a brand new remodel with new cabinets and new granite countertops. The unit has a large private balcony for sitting out and relaxing after a day at the beach, and flat-screen televisions in each room.
Guests can enjoy various amenities, including a communal pool, a Hot tub, charcoal grills, and a washer/dryer. Nearby shopping and dining options include Papano Joe's just across the street, Crab Trap, and at Surfside Concerts on the beach, just .07 miles east go to Topeka.live for all the wonderful lineups like Moon Crush, too many more to list.

It was nice and clean. Easy beach access with a view. The host was quick to respond if I had questions. It was also nice to be close to golf courses, restaurants, and shopping.

The condo was beautiful, clean and updated.The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom had a lot of nice fluffy towels.The furniture on the balcony was sturdy and had a great view of the ocean.Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Vacation

I very much enjoyed my stay at DeWanna’s Summer Breeze property. The condo was cleanly, homey, and had everything I needed to enjoy my vacation. I will definitely stay here again.

Location was good for the beach, right across from public access. Pool right outside the balcony second floor. Ocean view from balcony. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen mostly equipped, missing a cookie sheet. Has Keurig and regular coffee maker. There was sand in the bunk beds and the floors made our socks black, but counters and bathroom clean! Can hear your neighbors above and around you very well!!

Enjoyed it!

We enjoyed our stay. Beach was a quick walk across the street at the public beach. Coffee and restaurants are within walking distance as well. The pool was nice and the room was clean and updated! It was just two of us. The room would be small for 6 guests, but we’d definitely stay again!

Review

I was very pleased with condo and location. I however was very disappointed in the communication I had with owner The day of check in I got an email saying the refrigerator was broken and a repairman will come on Monday a temporary small refrigerator was brought to condo. The repairman could not fix refrigerator so we had to manage with a very small refrigerator for 6 ppl. It was an extreme inconvenience and when asked for some kind of compensation I never heard back from owner/manager that was very disappointing and rude.

Leslie, I informed you the day before you arrived which was the 18th that the refrigerator was down. We had a 6 cubic foot refrigerator/Freezer brought in which had a small top mount freezer with top shelf where 4 ice trays where put so that you would have ice when you arrived you could have removed and a bottom and you chose to put a bag of ice in the freezer instead of frozen food. I informed you every step of the way when the repairman showed up and when he was to return. The only thing I did not expect was them to say they returned with the part they would not to be able to repair a 3 year old refrigerator. I am sorry for that but totally out of my control. I did send word to owner when you decided a day before your departure that you would like to be compensated for your inconvenience and we both decided that we provided adequate refrigeration and it would have been totally impossible to get a refrigerator delivered the next day, and I did get back to you through the VRBO app but unfortunately it wasn't before you left which I do regret but you did have something that was adequate for 6 guest but the number of guest you put down on your lease was 2. The unit was great until the entire refrigerator compressor went out on day 3 of our visit, destroying our food purchased at Walmart as well as food brought home from the local restaurants. Property manager informed new refrig would not be delivered in the area until August 1st. It was extremely hot and to not have ice,cold beverage, or to not have any foods to eat in the unit was a downer.
