Great Place in a Great Location

This is a great place in a great location. It was only 5 minutes outside of downtown in a newer neighborhood that was quiet. Our place had a shared wall, but we never heard our neighbors.

Rental

Nice quiet area, cute place nicely furnished. We enjoyed it very much. A window screen would be nice in the upstairs bedroom.

Nice property great view very quiet. Beautiful home. The only detail I didn't like was that when it came to bed time and I moved the covers there were strands of hair in the bed sheets within the sheets.

Great place to start our Canyonlands exploring

The property provided a great place for family members who were coming from different locations to all meet up, get organized before heading out the next day for a long back-packing trip. The property was a bit smaller than they pictures made it look, and the carpets are stained and in need of a deep clean or replacement. But otherwise the property was fine and worked well for our purpose.

Disappointing

Front screen door panel missing, carpets were dirty, some kind of awful sanitizing odor throughout the place, had to open windows but screens on back sliding doors were broken. Disappointing.

Uitstekend appartement

Mooie , nette en ruime woning met veel voorzieningen. Ook heerlijke bedden. Enige verbeterpunt zou zijn wat meer serviesgoed, er waren weinig borden, glazen , schaaltjes etc. Verder was alles perfect!

No silverware

Great condo. No silverware.! I read in the review that there wasn’t enough silverware for 5 people but I didn’t expect one fork. Too bad because it is s lovely condo.

Great space and clean

The only reason I gave overall 4 stars was because it says sleeps six but it was very limited on dishes, towels and supplies for six people. Nice place , quiet and easy to relax after long day of beautiful hiking.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet townhome.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The location is remote for the busy town, but the drive is quick. Sparkling clean, great layout for a family with older kids. Loved our stay!

Nice property and location

Good layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Didn’t use the garage, but this a nice feature if you have bikes.

This is a great property with good views

I like the set up for teens and the back patio with nice views. Interior was clean and overall in good condition.

No Heat

Everything could have been perfect, except the gas valve to the furnace in the unit was not allowing the unit to warm up past 66 degrees. We finally got space heaters after informing agency each day that the thermostat wouldn't continue to heat. One time we were even blamed for not pushing the buttons correctly on the thermostat. That was unacceptable. -Chad

Great place, good location, finding and entry was seamless

very nice place, would have liked a little more definition on what condition to leave the place. We cleaned it well but were unsure if we were to wash towels and linens.

Comfortable

Hi. We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. Fixing A few issues would make it better. Trim above the microwave falls off if bumped. Pepper was empty. Sliding door latch was difficult and dishwasher install Makes turning dishwasher on challenging. Lights also flicker in kitchen. And the hose nozzle is broken.

Great Place With Great View

This property was just what we needed. There was plenty of space so we weren't stepping all over each other. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio to take in the amazing view! The only thing needed at this property is better lighting, especially in the bedrooms.

Don't stay here

We lost power the 2nd day of our 5 day vacation. Property management avoided our calls, claimed they had an electrician coming (but couldn't tell us when) and overall didn't care. They never got our power turned back on - VRBO also did not help, and would not get involved. Don't stay here. They will not take care of you if there is an issue.
