National Park visit

The property was so quiet and clean! Beds were comfy and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows. Check in was easy and the location was really perfect.

Nice property

Love the area and the property was clean and well furnished. Beds and pillows were comfortable, too! Love that location with the views of the rim.

Comfortable, Clean, and Well Stocked

This condo was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The owner was quick to respond to a couple of my concerns (burnt out bathroom light and a curling rug that was a hazard). The living room furniture and the beds were especially comfortable. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Great property for a trip with friends

We stayed at the property with some friends while in Moab for a mountain bike trip. Great property and ample sleeping options.

We had a great stay with our family. It was quiet with lots of room and a well stocked kitchen.

The area is great for mt. biking, national parks and hiking. The pool was great. The unit was clean with plenty of supplies. Nice view of cliffs.

Great place!

N4 was a great place to stay and use as a base to see the National Parks and other attractions in and around Moab. The condo is spacious, clean and very well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evening enjoying the great weather and views!

Wonderful Condo in Moab

Loved our stay in this exceptionally clean and comfortable three bedroom condo. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge and has a wall mounted TV. We appreciated all the amenities like the laundry room, the front patio with tables, and well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, and most things you find in a kitchen including condiments in the refrigerator. The owner responded to a question we had in a timely manner. Very pleasant experience. Hope to stay there in future trips to Moab.

Cozy and Friendly

Perfect location with plenty of parking for the jeeps. House was cozy and had a friendly feel about it. Plenty of all supplies (towels, dishes, cooking items). Instructions were great and didn’t need the property manager at all. Hope to stay here next year on our next visit.

Amazing rental property

We loved staying at this house! The location was perfect - short drive into Arches for some hiking and close to downtown Moab. The kids loved that there was a pool we could use for the hot afternoons. The house was amazingly clean! Most houses have one or two extra rolls of toilet paper but this house has a whole cabinet stocked with essentials. The kitchen was fully stocked which made for easy cooking. We had 8 people in this house and it worked out great!

National parks trip

The property was as described. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Beds were comfortable. And glad there was a washer and dryer so we could get clean clothes for our 20 day trip. We would stay here again if in the area.

We loved staying here for our first vacation to Moab - we'll definitely come back!

Our family of 5 truly enjoyed staying in this well appointed home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. We all liked having some extra space in this large condominium. The kids really enjoyed picking movies to watch from the extensive DVD collection. We would love to come back again!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious, kitchen has everything, some pots and pans are scratched but grill is working and you can cook outside. If we come back we will book same unit for sure. Condo is 4 miles from downtown, very quiet an really comfortable.I would recommend this property for anybody.

Great home in Moab!

We stayed 2 nights at this home on our 14 day cross country adventure. This home was in a nice vacation home neighborhood. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and we slept well! We had so much fun in only 2 nights in Moab. What an adventure. Thank you!!

Nice condo in nice neighborhood

Condo was nice and roomy. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! Quiet neighborhood, but another patio was very close. No one was in that condo while we were there. Didn’t get directions ahead of time and arrived after dark. We assumed GPS would take us there. Troy tried to call but we didn’t have cell service so missed the call. Otherwise great.

Great place...great time!

The condo was perfect for our needs. We have been coming to Rim Village for many years and it never disappoints. We loved the wide selection of movies that were in the owner's library. This was nice to have because it rained all weekend when we were there. The pantry was also nicely stocked. The beds were very comfortable too. We had no complaints and would highly recommend this property.

Great accommodations!

This is the first time we actually had enough face, hand, bath and dish towels at any of our other rental experiences and great quality as well. The townhouse was fully equipped in the kitchen as well plus there was plenty of TP, paper towels, back up propane for the bbq, etc, etc. And i don't want to forget that the beds were very comfortable. We totally enjoyed our stay and have already booked this place for next year. Thank you very much!

Very Nice Quiet Condo

This condo is spacious and easy to get to as well in the center of the areas surrounding activities. I gave it 4 stars as there were minor maintenance issues such as unreachable burnt out light bulbs, broken lamps and doorbell, and nagging cobwebs which are not unusual for desert life. Troy was great to deal with and a nice quiet place to stay and we will return

Fantastic rental!

This house was exactly as advertised and then some. Everything was clean upon check in and the process to check in was super simple!! This is the BEST rental we have ever stayed in for kitchen items and stocking the extras. There was toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, etc for use while we were here. The kitchen was fully stocked and had nice cookware! This house was perfect for our family of 6. We would definitely rent from here again!

Walters stay

According to my wife the overall was okay and quiet. The only comment was the backyard could have needed addressed where the grill was could use to be cleaner. It had cobwebs under the table and chairs. There were leafs and brought in when came in the house. I was told the grill was filthy and not sure what was on there before our arrival but had to clean so not sure if the cleaning service forgot all those areas before our arrival. Everything else was good and again nice and quiet.

Great for families!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was spacious, clean, and exactly as pictured in the listing. It was well stocked with towels, and kitchen needs. We had some initial problems with the WiFi and the owner was very prompt in replying and the problem solved. My only criticism would be to say that almost all of the pots and pans have a significant amount of scratches to the point where I was uncomfortable using them to cook (we used the BBQ as much as possible). I would suggest to the owner that they need replacing, and maybe to consider some that aren't "non-stick" to avoid the inevitable scratches that careless renters may leave. All in all, we would certainly rent this property again if we have the chance to return to Moab.

Great place for a family!

This was a beautiful home located just south of Moab. The décor was lovely – we loved the fossil pieces! Very convenient and just a short drive to town. The price was less than other comparable rentals. The house contained everything we wanted. There was an abundance of extra blankets, towels, pillows, and dishes and all the things a home should contain to be comfortable. Everything was easy to find. Spotlessly clean and updated and with enough seating in both the dining area and on the outdoor patio to easily accommodate 8 for a meal both indoors or out. There are 3 bedrooms and even extra rollaway beds. I usually would have suggestions of things that should be added or changed but this home is already perfect in every way. The owners have thought of everything. The address takes the GPS to the development but not the exact unit so we had a bit of trouble finding it after dark. But by following the street map provided and the logical letter/number system of the units we soon found our way. I was hesitant to rent a place with many other units around, usually preferring a single home for its seclusion. The walls surrounding the patio gave this rental plenty of privacy. I highly recommend a stay here whether you have a large group, or like us, just a small one.

Location ... Location ... is everything! Rim Village has it all, nice pool, hot tub, club house nestle at the foothills of the Beautiful Moab Rim and La Sal Mountains to the east. Located on a dead end road close to pool and have a large area of grass to sit and play on.

Big Windows looking out at the Moab Rim, 3 good sized rooms and two full baths. Open full kitchen and living room. Double car garage and a beautiful patio to enjoy the mornings or evenings taking it all in!
