House was clean and neat. We only stayed a couple nights but enjoyed the patio area. It was nice and close to the arches. Would stay again.

We loved at our stay at this condo! It was very clean, stocked with what we needed, quiet neighborhood, plenty of trailer parking at the next street over from it. We liked that it was one level and it had a “cozy” feel to it. The owner was always very quick to respond to my questions from the time we first started booking and up to our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was exceptionally well furnished, supplied, and maintained. It was exactly as shown on VRBO. The pool and hot tub were great. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this to others.

Troy was an amazing host! The property was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for our family. The pool and hot was within walking distance and was so relaxing after a long day on the sxs trails and mountain biking. Definitely would recommend and look forward to staying there again on our next trip!

Exactly what we expected from discription and pictures. The pool heater was broken so there was signs up pool closed for 5 days. Kitchen was well stocked but we had 4 tea drinkers in our group and no tea pot. We did use the microwave instead. Overall excellent place to stay.

Great location, quiet and respectful neighborhood. Pool and hot tub are super great amenity. Very spacious and comfortable. Host was quick to get back to any questions and were open to suggestions to make it even better

Did no use the pool but saw it whenever we entered the complex. Had the impression the hot tub was at the condo but never saw it and did not go looking for. Owners were gracious, easy to contact when we needed to know about TV operations. The condo was clean and well furnished.

Everything was as planned. It was a bit tricky to find as google maps was trying to take us down a different road, but called Troy and he directed us in perfectly.We would stay here again.

Great location near Moab and national parks

This condo was spacious, clean and perfectly located to visit Arches and Canyonlands. The kitchen was well stocked to make some meals so we didn't have to eat out every meal. We enjoyed our stay.

National Park visit

The property was so quiet and clean! Beds were comfy and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows. Check in was easy and the location was really perfect.

The home was well taken of. It was spacious and comfortable, with a particularly well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. A shout-out to the person who cleans the place-it was sparkling clean and neat.

We had a great stay. The condo was nice and clean. It was a great place to come and relax after a long day of enjoying the outdoors.

We have been vacationing to Moab for the last 20 years and have found it harder and harder to find a nice place with a pool, hot tub and family friendly location, so we have made the investment in an area that we love to share with our family and friends!

Location ... Location ... is everything! Rim Village has it all, nice pool, hot tub, club house nestle at the foothills of the Beautiful Moab Rim and La Sal Mountains to the east. Located on a dead end road close to pool and have a large area of grass to sit and play on.

Big Windows looking out at the Moab Rim, 3 good sized rooms and two full baths. Open full kitchen and living room. Double car garage and a beautiful patio to enjoy the mornings or evenings taking it all in!
