Summary:
The Inn at 257 is located in the beautiful Elliotborough neighborhood. You will be FOUR short blocks from King Street. We recommend you leave your car parked in our lot and enjoy the city on foot, bicycle, or the ever convenient Uber and Lyft.

***Come enjoy our NEW shared heated saltwater plunge pool!

The Space:
You will receive your unique 4 digit door code on the morning of your arrival.

Guest Access:
***MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS!!! Your apartment will have its own private entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Cannonborough Elliotborough is a quiet and safe neighborhood with great choices for tasty food!

Other Things to Note:
Please review the house manual located in the apartment. The house manual contains helpful information for your stay. Aside from logging out of your tv apps, you do not need to do anything prior to checking out. Our cleaners will take care of everything.

Interaction with Guests:
While we respect your privacy, I will be onsite and available if anything is needed during your stay.

Nicely renovated apartment-sized space. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and easy trip into historic downtown. Enjoyed the pool. Off street parking was nice. Tall ceilings and windows made the space seem big. Easy spacious kitchen. We loved our 2nd floor porch.

My daughter and I were in town to visit the College of Charleston. We had a very nice time in the city and enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The hosts have done an excellent job with renovations and the apartment is lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was well-appointed and well-stocked. The location was ideal and many places were walkable for us, but we also appreciate the onsite parking for our rental car. The only thing I would note for future travelers is the sound level. We thought the street noise and general sound level was pretty high, especially in the bedroom. We understand that with historic homes (and historic windows) that this is quite common, and we are probably more sensitive to the noise as we live in a very quiet area and just aren't used to it. But the hosts had a white noise machine in the apartment and we bought earplugs and then it was fine. I wouldn't consider this a reason not to stay here at all, just a heads up. Overall we highly recommend this unit and these hosts in the beautiful city of Charleston!

The apartment was the perfect space for myself and 3 friends. We loved the outdoor porch and the pool was clean and refreshing. It was walking distance to restaurants and shops and a short Uber ride to all parts of the city. Courtney was wonderful and very responsive and Would definitely be back
