The location was terrific. It was easy to find even after a long drive late into the night. The unit had a few glitches, but the management company made efforts to take care of things. In particular, the carpet needed a fresh steam cleaning or replacement - it was very tired. The unit was well appointed; comfortable, great bed, great patio decks, beautiful vistas. We had a wonderful time. We would consider staying there again. The location on the lake was delightful. Sunrises across the lake were beautiful. We were there for the beauty. Tahoe delivered. :-)

This is a beautiful, clean, fully updated condo right on Lake Tahoe! It's a spectacular location! The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms spotless, and the bed comfy. The sunsets and sunrises on both of the decks were spectacular every day! Walks to Moon Dunes Beach, Kings Beach, and around the Brockway golf course were easy and fun. Communication with the management company was excellent. We can't wait to come back again! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location with view. Needs AC 2nd bedroom is dark. Floors and walls needs washing.

Thank you for your feedback, for future guests, most properties in Tahoe do not have AC. The lake front condo offers a great breeze to keep it cool.

The condo has amazing views of beautiful Lake Tahoe, and the beds were comfortable. Management was easy to communicate with regarding concerns. From the online pictures it looks like it is a luxury accommodation (and seems like it should be, for the price.) The reality felt like corners were cut, just small things that wouldn't cost much more to provide a "richer" experience. We were disappointed to see that the beach towels provided were microfiber, there were only two bathroom hand towels and washcloths in the whole unit. The shower soap provided was "3-in-1", meant to be shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We found it difficult to cook or store meals, and the cooking utensils seemed like a cheap kit you'd get for a college kid's first apartment. Many silverware pieces are missing. It felt like a business or a hotel, not a home, so less comfortable than a place where decision makers/owners actually invest in the details. We would stay here again, but would bring a lot more of our own items to make the stay easier/more comfortable.

The lake view from this lakefront condo was fantastic. We had timely communication and all of the information we needed at all times. We had zero issues and we were SO Cozy and happy! Highly recommend.
