Upon booking, you'll receive a warm welcome message from me.

I am available via email messaging for any questions or assistance you may need during your stay. Should you need to contact me directly during your stay I will be available via phone call or text as well.

"Michele’s rental was absolutely perfect. Aside from the clear instructions on how to get in upon arrival, and the dedication to providing nearby food recommendations & information regarding the area the cherry on top was Michele’s kindness and the beauty of her rental.
I had a couple poor experiences prior to my arrival to Michele’s property so I was VERY nervous and felt like I couldn’t pick a good rental. My faith was restored as soon as I stepped inside. The place is beautiful, and SO clean thankfully. Comfortable bedding, nice shower, and the amount of towels she provides is very helpful considering I stayed for about 5 days.

Access to the unit involves navigating stairs, which include a small flight, a landing, and another small flight. If you or any members of your group have mobility concerns, please take this into account before booking. While the stairs are safe and well-maintained, they may not be suitable for individuals with physical limitations or those uncomfortable with stairs. Safety is our top priority, so we recommend reviewing this detail to ensure the space is a good fit for your needs.

**Laundry Room Note**
The laundry room is located in the backyard and is part of the charm of this 100-year-old home! It’s a unique space with modern appliances, but please make sure to keep the door closed at all times to prevent squirrels or other curious critters from sneaking in. A collapsible laundry basket is provided in the apartment for your convenience when carrying clothes to and from the laundry room. Thanks for helping us keep this historic space clean and critter-free!

**Florida Environment and Pest Control:**
Florida's warm and humid climate is home to a variety of creatures, including but not limited to, ants, spiders, flies, fruit flies, roaches, palmetto bugs, lizards, frogs, etc. We maintain a regular pest control service to keep these pests at bay, but we cannot completely control the natural ecosystem. If you encounter any pests during your stay, please inform me immediately, and I will arrange for our pest control company to address the issue promptly. No refunds will be given if any bugs are seen.

**WiFi and Internet Service:**
Our WiFi is provided by Frontier and while we rarely experience issues, weather or other factors beyond our control can occasionally cause disruptions. If I receive any notice of service outages, I will notify you right away with an estimated timeframe for resolution. Usually, a simple reboot of the router can resolve most connectivity issues. Should you experience any persistent problems, please let me know so I can contact the internet provider to resolve them.

Fabulous Stay

We love this apartment. It's conveniently located, super clean, has decent kitchen amenities, and Michele is extremely responsive and attentive. Any time we have to go to Lakeland this is always our first choice.
