**Important Notice: Stairs Access to Unit**

This is an upstairs apartment in beautifully restored 1920s carriage house. The apartment is accessed by an exterior staircase, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility limitations or anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

**Laundry Room Note**

The washer and dry are located downstairs in a separate area of the property. They are available for use during your stay and are not shared but please note is not located inside the apartment.
A collapsible laundry basket is provided in the apartment to help transport clothes to and from the laundry room.

**Historic Home Quirks:**

This is a historic home surrounded by mature trees and landscaping, you may occasionally see a Florida palmetto bug, small insect, or other outdoor critter-- especially during warm or rainy weather. We have regular pest control and take cleanliness seriously, but Florida is Florida! :)

**WiFi and Internet Service:**

Our WiFi is supplied by Frontier and is typically very reliable. As with any home, occasional service interruptions can occur and are outside of our control. Often a router reboot solves most connectivity issues; if problems persist, please notify me so I can contact the provider to get it fixed.
