Dixie Sunrise was great ; nights with friends from Florida and South Carolina; perfect location to beach, restaurants and historic tours. Recommend trolley site seeing in downtown.

Excellent house with great space for a large group. It is located in a quiet area that is easy to access the beach and also close to restaurants. The pool and outdoor seating is awesome.

The house was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a great vacation getaway. The access to the beach was excellent and the pool really added to the experience, especially being shaded during the hot times of the day. The furniture was very nice and the bedrooms really handled our overall needs. We would definitely recommend this house and would rent it again ourselves.

We had a great time. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. This was our first visit to Saint Simons Island, and we enjoyed every minute.

Great Location for a Beach Stay

Dixie Sunrise is in the perfect location. We found the home was well appointed with everything we needed to dine in and enjoy the beautiful beach. The property managers are very attentive and respond quickly to any questions.

Check in and out went smoothly. The house was beautifully decorated. This was the most well stocked kitchen of any VRBO we’ve ever stayed. Coffee pots, stock pots, crock pot, pizza pans, etc. We paid to have the pool heated and the kids enjoyed that immensely after coming back from the beach. The beach rental credit was much appreciated. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay.

Wonderful Property

This property was perfect and we look forward to visiting again. The only thing we wish we had known about in advance was the construction taking place right next door - the noise and view took a little away from the overall experience but we will definitely look to visit again.

One of our favorite rentals - extremely well appointed. The pool was fabulous! Beach access in St. Simons is different than other islands, so as long as you realize that, you will appreciate the direct path that leads you to the beach! The beach in front of the house is very quiet compared to the area near the Coast Guard - we lived it. I hope we get to enjoy the house again!

Summer vacay

As someone who grew up going to the gulf every year, we’ve been taking our family to new areas each summer. Dixie Sunrise at St. Simons was great! The property was clean, management was super responsive, and the beach was just a short walk away.
