Welcome to your perfect beach escape! This spacious, newly constructed 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is just half a mile walk to the beach! It is central to many shops and favorite local restaurants. Whether you're relaxing with family, entertaining guests, or enjoying a quiet evening, this home offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience. Inside, you'll find an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a living area that is ideal for entertaining. Outside, unwind in your private yard, lay by the pool, or practice your game on the putting green. Don’t miss your chance to live the beach life—this location can’t be beat!

Step inside and feel right at home in this spacious coastal retreat, thoughtfully designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories.

The open-concept main living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats four, a dining table for eight, and a comfortable living room with a Smart TV making it the perfect place for spending time together after a day at the beach.

The main-level primary suite offers a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower, plus a spacious walk-in closet. A convenient half bath is also located on the first floor.

Upstairs, you'll find a second living area complete with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, a bunk bed, and a sliding door with a privacy roller shade. Walk outside to find a private deck with seating. This space shares a full bathroom with a king bedroom featuring a Smart TV and plenty of storage.

The upstairs primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, smart tv, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The final bedroom features two twin beds, a Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom, making it an ideal space for kids or additional guests.

Outside, find a covered porch with an outdoor table and seating. Use the private pool with an outdoor half bathroom, tan on the deck chairs, and practice your swing on the putting green. Use the charcoal grill for the perfect summer night!

Many restaurants within walking distance as well as the beach. Renting a golf cart is advisable if you have many things to carry. Home was beautiful a d quiet, just as advertised

St. Simons Beach House

The place was perfect for our large group, was very spacious. Pictures in listing are accurate and house is well kept with plenty of amenities. House is also a very short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. I would highly recommend this place and stay again!

2025 St. Simons Island Family Trip

10/10 the best experience we had with a property and property management. The house was immaculate, clean, and beautiful! Great location. Kadie, the property manager, was extremely helpful and provided information on local attractions and places to eat. We will be coming back next year and staying in this house again!

Location, Location, Location

WOW!!!! This house was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 3 children. We loved the 2 masters and 2 rooms where the children could sleep. This house is perfect for 2 families. Loved the open floor plan in the living area. Coffee bar was quaint. The pool was refreshing in the afternoons, after a long day at the beach. This house has all the amenities that home has. Location was great. Walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. We chose to rent golf carts from High Tide Carts to make carrying our beach stuff easier. St. Simons is one of our favorite beaches. We will return to this house. Kadie, our contact person, was great to work with also.
