A real mountain neighborhood. Guests have spotted bear, moose, bald eagle, and deer right on the property. Lakeview Lodge sits on the edge of a Bailey, Colorado mountain neighborhood with a mountain lake and mountain peaks visible in the distance. Fall is one of the best times to be here. HIGHLIGHTS



THE GEO DOME — THEATER & YOGA STUDIO

Full-size and climate controlled it's heated and air conditioned year round. Panoramic mountain window, projector for movie nights, yoga mats for mornings, hammock chair, and a coffee table big enough for games. One guest described it as the cherry on top of an already great stay. We think that's about right.



THE PERFECT GROUP EVENING

Grill dinner on the kitchen patio. Eat together under the open-air gazebo with mountain views. Soak in the hot tub as the stars come out. Make s'mores at the fire table. Then head downstairs for ping pong championships, air hockey, giant Jenga, ring hook, and board games. Nobody's bored. Nobody's on their phone. That's the whole point.



THE HOT TUB

Bigger than you'd expect, open to the mountain sky and trees. Guests have watched meteor showers from here. Best after a long hike or right after dinner when the mountain air gets crisp.

Dog-friendly! One well-mannered dog of any size is welcome. A $75 pet fee applies per stay and pets must be disclosed in your reservation just like guest count. Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture. Please bring their bed or blanket. No other pets permitted. A second dog may be considered depending on size/breed with prior approval and a small additional charge.



Please note: dogs are not permitted inside the Geo Dome theater. The specialty vinyl coverings and window panels can sustain permanent damage from pawing, scratching, or jumping, so we ask that all pups remain outside this space.



NEIGHBORHOOD

Lakeview Lodge sits in a real mountain neighborhood. Forested mountain views surround you on three sides and wildlife wanders through regularly. The front faces the road and a few neighboring homes — this is a lived-in Colorado community, not a hidden forest retreat. You may occasionally hear dogs or neighbors in the distance. We do not promise complete silence or seclusion but do have black-out and privacy blinds in the bedrooms.



Guests who come for the dome, the games, the hot tub, and the mountain group experience love it every time.

The Neighborhood:

Lakeview Lodge sits on the edge of a real mountain neighborhood. The front faces the road and a few neighboring homes. You may occasionally hear the neighbor's dog or music. We appreciate your grace with that. We still get all the wildlife! Guest have spotted bear, moose, bald eagle, fox, and deer right here on the property.

FOUR-LEGGED FRIEND RULES:

One well-mannered pup of any size is welcome.

• Dogs must remain leashed outdoors at all times — wildlife and neighboring dogs roam the area

• Dogs are not permitted in the hot tub

• Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture — please bring your pup’s bed or favorite blanket

• Please clean up after your pet — waste bags are provided



No other pets are permitted.



GEO DOME — DOG POLICY

POLICIES & NOTES

Pricing reflects Airbnb’s combined 15.5% service fee + cleaning fee structure

Airbnb has merged all fees together into the nightly rate instead of showing separate line items. The nightly price may look higher than before, but it has not changed.
